The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the waiters and waitress were always greeting with friendly smiles. The location is convenient with some walking to MTR, but they have shuttle bus service that helps a lot. We highly recommend Dorsett hotel in Wan Chi.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service. The service was excellent. All of the staff at reception, the restaurant and housekeeping were very polite and helpful. I contacted customer service through their WhatsApp and they were very responsive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good sizes with two queen beds. Room was a bit dated and needed refreshing. Location was pretty good with a tram stop across the road and 10 minute walk to the subway.
