From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!
