Everything was very good, we’re upgraded to 33/F with a king bed. A nice and clean and comfortable hotel we ever had. Even conditioner was quiet and good. Bath room and hot water were all comfortable!

Tiny rooms, as to be expected with Hong Kong central districts. Good location for Causeway Bay. Slightly difficult to find, ignore maps and go down the alley titled Shelter Street.

Breakfast was nice with plenty of selection. The location is not as close to Causeway Bay MTR station but is still relatively central to restaurants and shopping. Hotel room is a bit small but to be expected in HK. The daily pitcher of water is much appreciated with the hot & humid temperatures. Room safe is also good for peace of mind. I did not spend much time in the hotel other than breakfast. So, it worked well for me. Staff was friendly but not much spoken English. I was able to manage with my limited Cantonese.

Good location, 5 to 7 minutes to MTR with pedestrian overpass. Elevators are undergoing renovation and only two functioning lifts is a burden in such a big hotel. I stayed in the Rosewood floor, recently renovated, and the duty manager personally saw me to my room. Breakfast is adequate but I wouldn't pay for it if not included in the room. Plenty of nearby options for coffee and a bite. A peasant stay overall, despite the tenuous elevator situation

Convenient to all the transit options, restaurants. they treat their daily cleaning very seriously which I think is good practice. Staff are very friendly.
