The staff were wonderful. Especially the staff near the elevators that help handicapped people like us. The hotel has an elevator system that is not handicap friendly as part of their efforts to keep the hotel room floors secure from non-hotel guests. I understand and appreciate keeping bad actors ...

Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort
The location is definitely the best. It has everything around it and is very convenient. The access to beach is easy. It is a huge hotel and sometimes the elevator is really slow. The room itself is mediocre and not too big. But the ocean view with diamond head can beat that easily.
