“My family was only going to be staying one night in Liverpool but we didn’t want to stay in a hotel as it wouldn’t accommodate our party (5) with just one room. This apartment was the perfect compromise. Right by LiverpoolOne shopping center and restaurants. Parking was close by (very short walk) and we were within walking distance of just about everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Had a wonderful stay in our room. Cleanliness was superb and had everything we needed for very comfortable say. Brilliant shower and very comfy bed. Check in and access was easy. And the staff we meet were lovely. Highly recommended 👌 ”

“El check in fue perfecto , la recepcionista me explico todo con detalle , los lugares que podía visitar , el procedimiento para entrar y salir , números de teléfono , es decir , todo lo que necesita un turista en un lugar que no conoce. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado y muy limpio. Descansé muy bien porque la cama es muy cómoda . La estación de tren está a diez minutos andando , todo muy bien comunicado , parada de autobuses también a diez minutos de los apartamentos . ”

“Great property right in the centre of the city, very accessible with a lift. Unfortunately this meant that it was quite noisy at times, including at night. Very convenient however to all Liverpool has to offer.”

“Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry! ”

“What a place , situated in the centre of Liverpool with all amenities at hand. The place itself is stunning with 2 large bedrooms 1 with en-suite , lovely living area and kitchen. Would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Liverpool 👍👍”

“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. Noise cancelling headphones are a must and definitely not for light sleepers. If you’re planning to be out late rather than sleep I would highly recommend due to its great location. ”

“Ray was a great host. The apartment was well kept. The kitchen and livingroom were very nice. We were in apartment 4. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a double bed and stowage for clothes. The upstairs has a speak staircase for access. There were 4 twin beds upstairs! The only 2 catches 1) no charging receptacles upstairs. (Multiple around the counter areas in the kitchen. ) 2) The ceiling upstairs is only about 5 feet as a loft so watch your head. I would definitely go back. ”
