"Room didn’t have real shelves or counter space in the restroom and the water pressure on the waaaay light side. The staff had a laundry room CONNECTED to our room and were EXTREMELY loud with music, television and loud bangs against the wall. I would suggest guests not ever stay in a connected room with a staff room. Way too loud and not relaxing. "

"Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone. After reading further reviews the overnight staff seems to be a consistent issue for customer. The buffet breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner leaving a lot of people without breakfast. Staff would come check see it’s empty but not food would be brought out. day time staff were pleasant. "

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "

"The room we stayed in was a bit tatered and needing some attention. Sink area was cracked and in need of repairs. The door to the toilet/shower area was too big and hard to close once in the bathroom. "
