If you want to just gamble and not enjoy the gambling experience, then this is the place for you. First, the place is filled with the stench of smoke. The carpet and everything in the casino is contaminated. The staff is not friendly even if you tip. There are no incentives if you don't have a players card. I always tip heavily and didn't even get a free meal. Not that I need it.
We have been going there for the last 4 years to bet on the Kentucky derby. This year they didn't get a "contract' for it. Who would have thought to inquire about that before traveling??? We headed to Horseman Park. Even though we got to bet on the ponies, not what we planned. I guess next year I will call in advanced.
