Very convenient across from Racetrack and Next door to Rocky's Pizza place. Staff is very nice and rooms were clean. The only issue we had was that someone had a motorcycle next to us with was very loud and they were outside of our window idling the engine for quite a while.

The Derby Inn
The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking ...

The Hotel Hot Springs
The rooms could be cleaner. Mold in the showers, dirty floors, stained comforter, old carpet. Its time to remodel this hotel. Its a great location tho and staff is great!
