Good morning Patrick and reem, Thank you for taking time out to review our property.it always pleases us to see that guests of ours enjoyed their overall stay with us. We note your remarks in regards overall cleanliness of room in regards dust and hair. I am sure throughout your stay in Malta you noticed that in general malta can at times present somewhat of a dusty environment largely contributed to the current construction boom throughout the islands which is inevitable due record tourist numbers year on year. This accompanied by the fact that at times malta has prevailing windy weather might mean that there is no denying dust might enter rooms especially when doors/windows are left open. In regards, a strand of hair being left on the floor we do apologise for this possibility but can assure you that we have a team of truly dedicated personnel responsible for cleaning rooms who are very passionate about ensuring the highest standards of hygiene but at the end of the day everyone is human and although I find it a very remote possibility do not doubt it Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us The management

We thank the customer for reviewing our property. Contrary to what client has stated online there was a problem with heating throughout the property which required late night remedial maintenance action, and was resolved, most unfortunately guest room door was left open and in error we assumed client had departed. Guest did not offer us the time of day to explain the situation as normal circumstances would dictate and would therefore had understood the situation better but found it more opportune to voice his opinion by reviewing the property not so favorably.

As this review is written in Chinese very hard to reply but from what we can understand guest commented about hot water and not being alternative available rooms. Please note guest not once voiced opinion whilst in house so unfortunately if we were short on guestexpectations it is purely because client opted not to approach us whereas we are perfectly approachable Regards The management
