Comfortable, affordable and close to the centre
A very comfortable - and affordable - stay in Florence. Very near to the central attractions and the rail station. Communication with the hotel was very easy and the staff were very accommodating, looking after my rucksack all day and meeting me with my room key at the start of the day as soon as my train arrived in Florence. There were tea-making facilities but sadly these wouldn't work as the plug types of the kettle didn't match that of those of the room.

Review your bed
This it's a old building but the rooms were upgraded and clean. But in the middle of the night I feels like something poke me, and we found a bed bug. Just checkout early, make a complain and wait for my money back

Dear Erika, thank you for your stay and we hope to see you back. We are located in a middle age town centro storico and our B&B occupies an old Palazzo with updated rooms. After you left the bedroom, we double checked and sanitized everything and nothing was found. We take pride in our cleanliness.

The bathroom has a big step and is very unsafe, my wife felt down, very unsecured. The pictures shown on the offer are not real of what we expected or misleading. We are not happy for this stay.

Schreckliches Hotel, total abgenutzt und unzumutbar. Niemals 4 Sterne, höchstens 1 Stern. Es ist auch nichts in der Gegend was schön oder interessant ist. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind ein Albtraum.

Como en casa
La habitación no se parecía en nada a la de la foto pero aún así era una habitación modesta y elegante. La cama de 1,30 estaba un poco hundida hacia la mitad pero no era incómoda. La temperatura era buena, el baño estaba muy limpio y a pesar de ser pequeño estaba todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. Con jabón, champú y toallas limpias. La habitación se veía muy nueva, recién pintada y la ventana era grande y bonita con vistas a la calle. No entraba ruido. Lo que más me gustó es que tenía una kettle y una manzanilla y un té. Para mí esto es perfecto y más en unos días tan lluviosos y fríos como finales de enero.Además el lugar es céntrico, desde la estación de autobuses se llega en 15 minutos, tienen wifi y hay muchos lugares donde comer. Perfecto!

Imágenes no reales. Espacio mínimo y feos olores.
La foto no es igual a la habitación que me asignaron. El espacio es mínimo, sobre todo en el baño. Al usar el retrete, se movía, olía a caño y la pared me quedaba en la cara. Las dos noches que estuve ahí, la llave no abrió la puerta. El calentador tenía fuga, olía entre gas y caño. Pero eso sí, si tiras el vino en la cama, te cobran 500 Euros. La ventana da hacia un cubo con láminas que generan mucho ruido con la lluvia. El internet es bueno.

Nice clean modernised room, only one window in mine so a bit dark, just one kettle in hallway for tea and coffee which is a bit disappointing as it wouldn’t cost much to provide one in each room. Location was good in a quiet area but close to city centre.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή το deluxe δωμάτιο.
Τα deluxe δωμάτια είναι πολύ όμορφα, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενα και με ωραία θέα. Κάθε μέρα καθάριζα το δωμάτιο. Καλή περιοχή 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια από duomo.

Il livello di pulizia basso. Il terzo giorno non mi è stato rifatto il letto e non mi sono stati aperti nemmeno gli scudi delle finestre. Inoltre, il cambio degli asciugamani non mi è stato fatto durante tutta la duranta del soggiorno (4gg). Viaggio settimanalmente per lavoro e alloggio sistematicamente in alberghi o simil strutture, ma non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere. PAGARE PER IL PERNOTTO, RIENTRARE IN STANZA DOPO UNA GIORNATA DI LAVORO E TROVARE IL LETTO DISFATTO. La giustificazione è stata: c'erano delle magliette sul letto. INDECENTE. SCONSIGLIATO

Sajnos reggeli nincs az általános árban. Amúgy a szállás nem rossz. Egész jó helyen van pl közel a vasúti pályaudvarhoz kb 15 perc. Így közel van sok látnivaló is, séta távra. Ajánlom a hotelt.

Von aussen sehr schwierig zu finden, da es nur mit einem kleinen Schild angeschrieben war und direkt davor stand eine Baustellentafel. Naja, das war eher Pech! Ansonsten war es ideal für einen Kurztrip ohne grosse Ansprüche. Schade war, dass das Foto im Internet nicht dem Zimmer entsprach und, dass es nachts aus dem Bad schlecht gerochen hat. Aber das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Empfang ok.

Conveniently located but very shabby
The place is conveniently located and is good for a short stay if you only need the basics like a bed and a shower. The room is shabby, the door to the room only opens half way, the wardrobe drawer does not easily open or close. However, the bed is comfortable, there is a kettle and a TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, the room was disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

The A/C was not working, and I requested to be either transferred to a different room, provided a fan or refunded to change hotels, and got complete dismissal from the staff. They did not even try to compromise or provide solutions. Other than that room is good size and good location.

A pior experiência que tivemos na vida em nossas viagens no exterior. Reservamos duas diárias e pagamos com antecedência através do hoteis.com,quando chegamos na Turist House as 22:00 da noite não tinha ninguém para nos receber, ligamos para o numero de telefone informado e ninguém atendeu, tivemos que acharam lugar para Dormir as 10:30 da noite imagine o desespero eu e meu esposo arrastando mala por Florença 22:30 da noite tentando achar onde dormir, a cidade estava lotada. No outro dia fomos dar entrada na segunda diária que tínhamos pago, a proprietária muito mal educada falou que visto que não chegamos na diária anterior perderíamos a segunda diária tb. Sempre viajamos e nunca vimos isso em lugar nenhum, ela disse que colocou outros hóspedes em nossa acomodação, detalhe já tínhamos pago as duas diárias. Um pesadelo ter que novamente ir achar uma vaga em algum lugar . Sempre viajamos e pagamos nossas hospedagens com antecedência para não ter problema. Na Turist House não adiantou além de ficar com o nosso dinheiro das duas diárias , colocou os hóspedes em nosso quarto e disse que não podia fazer nada, tentamos entraremos em contato com a hoteis .com nós deixaram em espera e não resolveram nada . Decepcionante.

Prezada , sinto muito a nossa recepçao fecha as 19:00 horas e enviamos 4 e-mail da quando a senhora fez a reserva sempre perguntando o horario de chegada e lembrando que o check-in era entre as 19:00 hrs , aqui neste portal e em qualquer outro onde estamos tem esta informaçao , sinto muito se nao fez caso das informaçoes . A reserva se o ospede nao invia um e-mail ,informando o seu atraso ou requerendo o check-in no dia seguinte è cancelada automaticamente , coisa que a senhora em algum momento fez. Se apresentar no dia seguinte as 17:00 hrs sem ter seguido uma mensagem requerendo de fazer o check-in no dia seguinte è natural que nao tenha mais a disponibilidade. Sua reserva è non refundable . Na reserva tem um regulamento a ser seguido e trabalhamos com seriedade e esse portal Hotelis.com è uma plataforma que trabalha com seriedade.

Decent Hotel For Good Price
This was a decent hotel for a good price in a centralized spot in Florence. It is a good value for the location and price and staff was friendly. It’s an older building and hasn’t been renovated in sometime but it gets the job done.

Cattivi odori provenienti dagli scarichi del bagno che hanno reso la camera maleodorante e a causa di un guasto alla caldaia, per un giorno non c'è stata acqua calda. La posizione però è veramente comoda, vicisinissimo al mercato di San lorenzo e alla basilica. Non c'è parcheggio, ci sono alcune autorimesse a pochi passi dall'hotel a cira 25€/giorno.
