We're sorry for your bad experience. the flush was broken but it was repaired in the afternoon, and to remedy it we immediately changed room instead of waiting for the repair by also doing a free room upgrade. Unfortunately for the noise we can't do much because we don't live alone in the building. I was not informed of the door frame, otherwise we would have remedied immediately. Nonostante non abbia messo il nome ho capito bene a che prenotazione si riferisce. Lei ha prenotato per conto di altre persone perché la sua struttura era piena.Mi dispiace contraddirla ma anzitutto la colazione non era prevista nel suo piano tariffario dato che sono stati pagati circa 130€ per 2 notti una camera quadrupla, e poiché telefonicamente mi ha anticipato che anche lei ha una struttura ricettiva, capirà bene che per una camera con acqua omaggio nel frigo bar, linea cortesia, pulizie giornaliere con annesso cambio biancheria, colazione a buffet Il prezzo da lei pagato forse copre solo i costi considerando le provvigioni dei siti e le tasse. Ma nonostante tutto abbiamo deciso di offrirla ai suoi ospiti comunque nonostante la prenotazione fosse errata e non comprensiva del servizio Seconda cosa, io il sabato ho chiesto ai suoi ospiti a che avrebbero preferito farla dato che il giorno seguente sarebbero stati gli unici a usufruirne, e mi hanno risposto che avrebbero lasciato la struttura prima delle ore 8,00 (orario in cui comincia) per cui non era non l’avrebbero fatta . Mi dispiace essere così arrogante ma mi consenta, la sua recensione non la trovo affatto veritiera, anche perché è totalmente in disaccordo con il nostro punteggio medio. La invito a tornare di persona nella nostra struttura per verificare di persona ciò che ha scritto
