Hi There, Sorry about no hand towels, must have just been over looked by the cleaners, as we are fully air conditioned, we don't have fly screens on all windows and doors. As for the layer of dust everywhere, unfortunately with the fires and lack of rain over the last few months theres very little any of us can do to keep the dust at bay.

Hi David, Thanks for your review, the gardens here are lovely, a labour of love for me. We are currently remodelling all the rooms and common areas, will be finished in time for summer. Can do much about the walls, but to be honest don't get many people mentioning that. We are a guest house so have always provided Breakfast hampers, as most guests prefer this, so they can manage there own timetable. Not sure about your Welcome Gift as we don't offer that, so there must be some confusion there, if you found it some where on line, please send it to me, as it must be very old.

Apologies that we didn't meet your expectations, unfortunately being Xmas holidays we have many turnovers and its easy for things to be missed with such short turnarounds.

My apologies for not meeting your expectations, I did pop in a few times to say hello but missed you each time. We try very hard to give our guests privacy, most guests these days don't want to be "hosted" as used to be the way over the years, I guess Air BnB has changed that as well. Our B&B is highly regarded by most of our guests, Im sorry we didn't meet your standard on this occasion.

Hi - thanks for your review, with a kitchen only downstairs with a full size fridge we we didn't see a need for them in the rooms as well, but thanks for that, when we next remodel, will consider. We do a DIY Breakfast these days as everyones needs are different, some just want tea and toast or cereals and then head out to the beach or the cafe's, some want to cook up a storm, so we cater for everything this way. I did a breakfast tray for a long time with fresh fruit salad and warm croissants, yogurts etc. but sadly ended up throwing most of it out as people would just nibble and leave it.
