Firstly, thank for your feedback. Sorry if someone threw your clothes toward you, but we already check with the staff, it's not them. It's a guest who staying there. And the staff said. The guy (old man) who threw it just want to help to give it to you, your clothe, I'm not sure you will believed or not. But that what my staff said. My staff is a young man, not the old man who threw your clothes. For the notice, we put a big poster at gate already to inform it, No bikin and ect.. Our pool close at 10pm, everyday we clean a pool after we close it. Maybe you didn't notice it, but we clean the pool.
