알렉산드로 고맙게도 신경을 많이 써주었어요 카카오톡으로 대화도 하고 ㅎㅎ ㅅㅜ거ㄴ은 한장만 주니까 여분의 ㅅㅜㄱㅓㄴ을 챙겨가세요 전자레인지는 없는 대신 오븐이 있고 전기포트 있어요 공용공간에 글구 ㄴㅏㄴㅂㅏㅇ은 얘길 여러번해야해주니 유념하시구용 체크인 전에 꼭 연락을 먼저 취해서, 시설이 어디인지 찾아놓으셔야 저처럼 찾는 데 힘들지 않아요 샤워실에 석회가 많아서 바디럽 퓨어썸샤워기 사갔는데 넘 잘함요 로켓배송 추천 근데 진짜 로마에 이만한 호텔 찾기 어려울거 같아요 위치도 굿, 뷰도 굿, 친절함도 굿 바로 근처에 잇는식당 겁나 맛있어요

괜찮은 숙소
스페인 광장 가깝고, 지하철 역도 가까움. 주변 골목도 깨끗하고 슈퍼, 폼피가 가까워 이용이 편리함. 공용 주방, 커피포트, 커피캡슐 등 이용 가능(전자렌지 X) 매일 청소 해주고, 샤워기 고장난 것도 잘 고쳐줌. 이불이 포근하고 슬리퍼 있고, 개별 에어콘(?) 있음. 그러나 4박을 묵었는데 수건을 바꾸어 주지 않음. 열쇠 4개를 매번 여는게 매우 번거로움. 화장실이 좁은 편임. 에어컨 작동 소리가 시끄러움.

Great location
It is a great location and a great, reasonably priced place to stay in Rome and you can see Piazza Espagna from your window! It is very clean and has decent size rooms and bathrooms — especially for Italy. Your host Alessandro is gracious and welcoming. Coffee, tea and a shared refrigerator are provided in common areas. There is a lift. Windows face the street so if you are a light sleeper it may be noisy, but it was not a problem for us. We would definitely go back. We loved being in the center of things right at the Spanish steps.

AWESOME!!!!!!!
Great location to everything. Place was very clean and the communication with the host Alessandro was wonderful. He met us promptly at the location explained everything and gave us his number for us to text/call. When we texted him he replied immediately. He even set us up with a private pick up for airport!

My wife and I had a great experience at Babuino 127. The staff was welcoming and approachable. Room was small, but clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were within sight of the Piazza di Spagna. Breakfast at Grano around the corner on Via della Croce was great to wake up to each morning as was stepping out of the front door into the Piazza di Spagna full of people and life.

Amazing guest house! Will stay again!
I stayed at this beautiful guest house for 5 nights and I had the most amazing stay. My room although it was over looking the main road was very quiet. It has the most simple set up but it has everything you need. The bed was very nice, the water pressure in the shower was strong. The room also has an air cooler which was very nice when I stayed because it was very hot outside. There are a lot of restaurants and bistros around the area for you to enjoy great Italian food. And if you are like me who enjoys shopping then you will find staying here very convenient. Via Condotti and other main shopping streets are just a stone throw away. Over all I had an unforgettable stay. Alessandro was a very good host and was very accommodating. Will surely be coming back to stay here when I’m in Rome. ❤️

Alessandro was fantastic. He kept in touch with us about check-in time and directions. He showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. A very nice host. We reserved 2 rooms--one for the kids, one for us. The kids had a nice, cool room. Unfortunately our air conditioner was not consistently operating. A bit uncomfortable in the August heat. Other than that--wonderful! Quiet, clean, comfortable.

お買い物したいならロケーションは最高です。 またトレビの泉も徒歩圏内。 が、、、三泊しましたが、一度もバスタオルやシーツの交換なしでした！ うちはゲストハウスだから、という説明だったけど、ゲストハウスの値段じゃないし、もちろんお部屋シェアのよな部屋ではありません。結局現地でバスタオル買いました、、、

Our eco-friendly policy regarding the use of towel and linens is clearly stated among our features and descriptions, available BEFORE the reservation procedure. Accepting all our features, booking our property and complaining about our policy is clearly unfair.

Good value for the money!
The Room was clean. Check-in was smooth and welcomming. Location was good. On the flip-side: Not excactly cascades of water from the shower... Some street noise (as also could be expected along a main street). All-in-all good value for the money!

Excellent location very near metro station
We checked in after 10:00pm and the hotel staff kindly wait for us at the reception. It's not difficult to find the hotel location at night from metro. We were charged Euro35 extra for late checked in which we were informed when we booked. The room and bathroom is very spacious and very clean. Alessandro introduced us the facilitaties inside our room and the kitchen. Guest is free to use the things and cook at the kitchen but we didn't as we only have a short stay in Rome. There is lift to 3rd floor so you don't have to worry if you have big or many luggages. The check out is smooth and easy. We will definitely come back again and recommend Babuino room to our friends.

L'affittacamere si trova al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo in via del Babuino, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna. Si tratta di un appartamento con tre camere. La posizione è privilegiata senza ombra di dubbio. Trattandosi di un affittacamere il check in è su appuntamento. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, con arredi economici del tipo ikea ma completi. Anche il bagno è nuovo, con piastrelle in finto mosaico. Purtroppo le fughe non erano pulitissime, inoltre, considerato il prezzo pagato, avrei aggiunto in bagno qualche saponetto monouso o docciashampoo (non amo i dispenser). Essendo eco-friendly il cambio biancheria non è quotidiano. Inoltre l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è ottimale. Buona soluzione migliorabile con non ottimale rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great place in a great location
My second stay at this place in Rome. Returned 3 years later for my honeymoon! The best part is the location. In a cute trendy neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. Also near Trevi Fountain as well, approximately a 10 min walk. It is also a 2 minute walk to the train station, Spagna, which is on the same line to the main terminal and the Vatican stop. Our room was cleaned everyday. Beautiful, well taken care of, with air conditioning. Alessandro was very welcoming and easy to contact prior to and during our stay. He even happily had one of his workers use some tools to open up my suitcase. The lock had jammed and we were unable to open it. The worst start to our honeymoon was fixed without a problem. That truly would have sucked, we were considering cutting it open! Thanks for a wonderful start to our trip.

Great location
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This included letting us remain in the room well past check out time. Would recommend!

Location is good

Good central stay
These rooms are minutes away from the Spanish steps, and less than 10 minutes away from the pantheon and trevi fountain. The rooms are basic but nice and clean - perfect for a short break. Reception is also very helpful.

127 Babuino Apartments ROCK!
Absolutely loved the apartment. There were 3 of us and there was still lots of room! The building is very safe and great character. The location is perfect as it in the heart of everything. Very easy to get to metro, buses & taxi's. I've stayed at other hotels in Rome and paid more, so it was of great value. I would highly recommend 127 Babuino Apartments to everyone! Thanks for making our trip all the more amazing!

Perfect location
We have just returned from a 4 night stay and can't stress how perfect this location is in Rome. Seconds from the Spanish Steps you are amongst it all. Alessandro is the perfect host and helped us with anything we needed to make our stay as great as possible!

Amazing find
This hotel is a great find! There are 3 gorgeous doubles with en suites all a really good size. It's about 100m from piazza de spagna (which you can see from the room) and the Spanish steps, Alessandro is so helpful and there's a little kitchen and a fridge so we saved loads of money by making breakfast and lunch and only going out for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was great

Great Stay!
very nice and comfortable stay! Superb location with all must-see-locations within walking distance. The staff was very helpfull and serviceminded, the room was cleaned every day, it was really nice with the small kitchen to prepare our own small breakfast before going out in the morning. The coffee machine was really nice to have!... A message to Babuino: Sorry we broke a small plate and forgot to tell you:-)...only drawback is the streetnoise during the nighttime. But definitely a place to be recommended and where we would stay again.

Our eight night stay.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Located one block from the Spanish Steps in the heart of all the top designer shops. The area is upscale, safe, & quiet at night. The metro station is also close, which takes you to any point in Rome. Alessandro, the proprietor, was kind and helpful always.

TROMPERIE ou au moins manque de précision
Nous avons acquis 4 nuits dans une maison d'hôtes (studio supérieur) dans un immeuble avec ascenseur. le studio est en fait dans un autre immeuble à 100m et au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Studio correctement équipé mais avec des chauffages d'appoint dont 1 inopérant dans la salle de bain qui reste glaciale. Eau chaude insuffisante pour 2 douches. Pas de petit déjeuner buffet mais fourniture de vouchers, sans précision de composition, pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans une boulangerie située à 50m dans des conditions très inconfortables (gobelet en carton, tables hautes coincées entre vitrines et clientèle importante). On est loin du concept de maison d'hôtes et de celui de petit-déjeuner buffet. Une telle distorsion entre prestation annoncée et prestation réelle justifierait un geste commercial de votre part puisque vous en êtes le vendeur. A votre disposition si vous souhaitez plus de précision, l'espace ici imparti étant insuffisant. La note attribuée sur votre site ne se conçoit que pour une location pure et simple, sans restauration et en été.

Great stay in a wonderful city.
Everything about the apartment was excellent. Great value for money. Everything required was provided. As well as being great accommodation the position was first rate, just one minute's walk from the Spanish Steps and all the sites were within easy walking distance. We would re-book Babuino127 Rooms if we return to Rome.

Beautiful guest host close to the Spanish steps
We loved our accommodations at 127 Babuino. We were close to the Spanish steps, walking distance from the Metro which was very convenient for us, the area was very safe and was a great place to shop. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, welcoming and the best part was that it had a fully functioning smart TV which was a huge bonus! Alessandro was very nice and helpful, the check in was easy and the check out was even easier. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Rome again.
