For foreigner, marriage contract is no longer required if your wife is bearing your family name in the passport or any identification. I would rather suggest that in next booking kindly emphasize the non-smoking room feature so we can block in advance as much as possible. In addition our channels were programme the same though there are some which is not installed since it requires subscription for payment. Moreover since it is a local channel only, perhaps this is because of the signal due to unstable weather. Moreover your concerned is noted and looking forward to have you again.
