At all times we try our best to arrive before our guests do and wait for them in the apartment, however with the busy season we sometimes might get delayed. As clearly stated in the listing, there is no Air-Conditioning in the apartment. We feel sorry if you missed this information which may caused you some trouble throughout your stay. As mentioned prior to making your reservation, the exchange rate from EUR to CZK might vary from the one used by the National Bank at the moment. However our guests are more than welcome to pay the exact amount in cash in EUR. We offer a free housekeeping service for the guests who stay with us for 4 night and longer. For an extra charge we could offer an additional cleaning service accordingly to our guest’s demands if you would request. Overall we hope you enjoyed Prague and had a safe trip back home. Concerning the check-in and keys pickup point, they are explained in the website page of your booking and it is only 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Our apartment is located in a historical building and can not have a lift. Anyway, we hope you had a good time in Prague and we wish to host you again in the future. Kind regards

Thank you for your comments. You need to understand that you are not the only guest we had at the same time so it is hard to respond positively for any your extra request. The conditions of the check-in time are clearly stated in our listing and we couldn't change it just for the fact you stayed here before. All the fees are just for to cover the expenses we have with the extra requirements of our guests. The parking in the very centre of the town has been the same for decades and we always reccommend to leave the car outside of the centre to avoid a stress. We don't think the tourists are taken for granted at all but you need to understand that you are not the ones and only guests we have, please respect our work as we respect you. Prague has many things to show and offer and if you are so familiar with the visits of Prague but don't like crowds we reccommend you to stay more far from the main touristic points. The transportation is excellent throughout the whole city and the districts arrount the centre are the best alternative for the people looking for more calm place to relax, still just a step from the centre.
