겉은 번쩍한듯 꾸며놨지만.. 좁고 허술한점이 많습니다. 방음도 문제고, 화장실 샤워실 너무 좁고 샤워실은 밖으로 물이 세더라구요. 냉장고도 없었고, 자다가 화장실가려면 전체불을 다켜야했어요.

Fantastic location, helpful staffs, Good hotel with many small flaws. The hotel was not bad to stay but not good enough. 1) room was reallllllllly small, there's no enough space to open my luggage bag. 2) room was well equipped(they got nespresso coffee machine, many beautiful stuffs), but it was meaningless. Because closet was in the toilet. Horribly there's no ventilation system in it. 3) room has visible shower booth in middle of the room. 4) noisy toilet. noisy noisy. 5) thick bad.

호텔은 깨끗하고 메트로역 바로 앞이라 위치가 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 전용 출입구가 따로 없어서 1층의 카페 출입구로 다녀야 하는 점이 조금 불편했습니다.

위치도 좋고 호텔 1층 까페도 좋구요. 와이파이도 객실,라운지 다 잘되고, 내부도 너무 이쁘고 넓고 좋고 창문 발코니도 많아서 좋았어요. 다음날 공항 새벽에 가는데 택시도 불러주고 스텝들도 친절함

Perfect location. One block from metro location. Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Helpful and seemed interested in your daily sight seeing activities. Always asked - where did you go today? Convenient shopping and many restaurants available. There are 2 Train stations within a few blocks and depends on where you plan to go. Everything is convenient.

Beautiful find in a perfect location. The rooms were very nice, lovely decoration and amenities. Was a bit noisy if you left the windows open as it is in a very central location, but if you close them the room was very quiet. Lovely staff and bar/bistro/lounge area downstairs. Easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and neighbourhoods.

Séjour d'une nuit dans une suite au 5ème étage. Très spacieux et agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent dans un autre Browns hotel à env 100m. Très bon accueil avec cocktail de bienvenue.

Every staff member at this Hotel was amazingly helpful. Location was fabulous to so many nice area parks, shops, and river. I absolutely fell in Love with Lisbon & the people. I’ll be back!

Good for my one night stay
I booked this hotel when my other hotel did not have full availability. It was easy to find, staff very helpful and friendly, and the lobby is relaxing with jazz standards. My room was stifling hot when I arrived, but a staff member assisted me with the air which worked splendidly. I also needed help with the shower in the morning. I'd suggest reception help guests to their room to showcase features as even the staff member stated the functionality was useless. Oddly, the rack for clothes or suitcase rack was in the bathroom. The shower was in the main room next to tyhe bed so not much privacy if you travel with company. I was by myself so it was ok. I was by the elevator and I wish guests would be respectful and not carry on loudly after a certain hour or too early in the am. Breakfast was in another building down the street so be mindful of that. Overall, I slept which was the point of it all and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo profissional Afonso, que nos atendeu muito bem. Inclusive houve um mal entendido pois nos deram um up grade e nos deram uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia, e na minha avaliação inicial apareceu o contrário. O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Perto de restaurantes, dos monumentos históricos, etc. Além do mais, o Hotel tem um bar/restaurante que você pode finalizar a noite tomando uns drinks e relaxar!

Excellent location and friendly staff. But the room was extremely small. No space to open luggage, sink in front of the bed, no closet. Also there’s a lot a lot of of noise in the morning from housekeepers, including slamming doors etc

Lovely hotel! Charming lobby and we felt like we were entering a British library! Subdued lighting, lots of books, and comfortable. Our room was small and certainly not like the picture - no window, no chair. It was clean though. Front desk was friendly!

This property has a jazzy vibe & if you’re not seduced by the open lobby & bar’s decor and welcoming staff you should be. The staff are professional & genuine. The front desk & wait staff are all amazing. My pckg included a welcome drink & breakfast. For breakfast you have to take a 1 min walk to their sister hotel around the block. That was fine for me as I had perfect weather the wk I was there but I would not feel the same if it was raining. My Superior room lived up to the price & online photos. I instantly loved it & felt safe & very comfortable. It had a very small safe, Nespresso machine & Smeg kettle, washer-dryer (they should include directions for non-Europeans a couple of laundry pods). There were 2 doora opening to a Juliette balcony with view of the rooftops. I did not leave them open as it was shared with the room next door. Also incl: Marshall amp speaker hooked up to mobile, a radio & a big LG TV; 2 comfy chairs for sitting, as well as a small table & chairs, and a king bed which was very comfy. The Apple desktop was very handy however the hotel’s free wifi constantly cut out on me. Same on my iphone. I really enjoyed my stay & will definitely stay again at this property, as well as look for their properties in other cities. My one onsite issue was with a ‘running toilet.’ It was sorted immediately & I appreciated that. Suggestion for improvement: their reservation system was hacked & I received phishing emails before my arrival.

This was a wonderful place to stay in a great location! The lobby is decorated very nicely, staff was friendly, and the bottle of wine was a nice perk! The only complaint is that there was no window in the bedroom but we didn't mind that at all. Highly recommend!
