최악

역대급 최악의 숙소였어요.. 일단 호스트가 숙소에 없음. 게스트는 집 밖에서 호스트 오기까지 하염없이 기다려야하고 주변 식당이나 카페에서 기약없는 기다림을 2시간정도 하다보면 차가 막혔다는 말 한마디에 우리를 안내함. 조식이 있다고는 하나 딱딱한 식빵과 우유, 커피머신이 전부. 공용화장실이나 방문을 잠글때마다 엉성한 열쇠로 잠궈야함. 방안에서 열쇠없이 잠글수 있는 어떠한 장치도 마련되어 있지 않음. 열쇠는 한 방에 한개라 커플 중 한사람이 샤워하려고 거실의 공용화장실을 쓰려면 열쇠로 화장실 문을 잠그고 써야하기 때문에 방에 있는 사람은 문을 잠글수 없음. 진짜 하나하나가 다 최악이었고 그나마 위치가 좋았던것 빼고는 내 인생 다시 없을 최악의 숙소였음.

I'm sorry that you had a bad stay. My structure is a Bed & Breakfast and not a hotel and therefore there is no 24-hour reception, but as it is written and in addition I get in touch with the customers before the stay to inform them of their arrival time. You didn't tell me your schedule, but you called me directly under my B&B so I had to organize myself at the last moment to come and check in. The bathroom is private and is not shared, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms each private. Regards Ginevra

We thought the bathroom was very small, but it did seem to work for us. We are used to B&B’s preparing breakfast. I didn’t like cleaning the dishes used by the other guests. The location is very convenient. It’s in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. There is no lack of terrific eateries in the immediate area. We were disappointed at having to wait outside, with our luggage, for an extended time period of time, when we arrived in order to check-in. All and all it was a pleasant stay.

De plek was super. Alles op loopafstand of makkelijk met de metro te doen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Klein minpuntje was de hygiëne in de douche. Dat zou wat netter kunnen.

オーナーのGinevraさんは明るく気さくな人で、到着早々の私を安心させてくれました。また、説明が分かりやすかったです。施設のロケーションはとてもよく、主な観光地は徒歩で行けます。近くのフラミニオ広場は交通の要所なので公共交通機関も使いやすいです。近所のレストランもおいしいです(Ginevra が教えてくれました)。部屋も広くて清潔です。ただし1泊ごとの掃除はありません。改善してほしい点を挙げるなら、鍵です。4つの鍵を持たされますが、それだけでも重いですし、さらにとても重いキーホルダーがついています。また、そのうち部屋とシャワー室(兼トイレ・洗面所)の2つの鍵は旧式で、開け閉めに一苦労します。部屋とシャワー室が離れているのは構造上仕方ないかもしれませんが、鍵のせいで移動が面倒に感じてしまいます。建物の鍵以外は非接触カード1枚にできそうな気がします。あと、部屋の中にティッシュペーパーとゴミ箱があればよかったです。

Indoor conditions was terrible. Bathroom was very dirty. Tub was full of water during taking a shower. Bed sheets and blankets were also dirty. There were some hair on them.

We enjoyed our stay at Domus Ripetta. It was within walking distance from the Trevi Fountain and The Spanish Steps. The room was simple, clean and quiet. It was perfect for our needs.

Good location, and you get what you pay for, I guess! Checkout is by 9:30am and they charge you to store any bag for any amount of time! Is the early checkout to ensure cleanliness? I sure would hope so since I definitely missed out on that. It is an old building, yes, but I have stayed at places much older and for good price, but this felt seriously underwhelming. I hope conditions get better for the next guests!

Domus Ripetta was great. Our room was huge, bed comfortable, water in bathroom hot and loved having a table with chairs and a sofa. WiFi was good. We had the Suite with external bathroom. Not an issue. The bathroom was virtually right outside our room door and it was a good size. There is a lounge area to sit in but we didn’t use it as our room was spacious. Having the small kitchen to make tea and coffee was good too. The breakfast is basic and not to my taste but that is not a criticism. I am not a pastry person, however my partner is and he enjoyed it. The building has a lift which is so welcome when you have heavy cases. We traveled by public transport and caught a taxi from Termini. For our stay we used the Metro which was about a 5 minute walk away, Flaminio at Piazza del Popolo. Up that way there are options to use buses and a tram to get around. There are also plenty of dining options and we took our host’s advice and used the two she suggested. Very reasonable and both had delicious food. Our host’s communication prior to our arrival was excellent and she was available for any assistance needed during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for short or extended stays. Loved it!

Domus Ripetta is a great little spot. The host Ginevra was very welcoming. Food and cafes are nearby. The Spanish Steps are close as well.

Logement charmant avec l'authenticité des vieilles pierres.Conforme à la description, équipement suffisant pour le temps que vous y passerez si votre but est de visiter la ville. Le quartier est super et très sûr si vous rentrez un peu tard. Il y a toutes les commodités autour et très bien situé pour visiter Rôme. L'hôte a pris soin de nous contacter en amont par wattsapp pour organiser notre arrivée et a été très reactive pour nous répondre quand nous avions des questions. Un super séjour grâce à cet hebergement

The owner is super nice and helpful. The location is amazing! You can walk everywhere. There were some insanely loud birds in the courtyard that made sleeping a little hard (they cawed all night), but that was probably just a random occurrence. Great place!

La limpieza era buena. La pieza estaba bien, era amplia y tenía baño privado aunque el baño privado estaba afuera de la pieza dentro de la propiedad. Esta bien ubicado , relativamente cerca (15/20) min a pie de los principales atractivos. En cuanto a la propietaria esperaba más. Nos cobraron 40 euros por hacer el check in fuera de horario (más de la mitad del valor de una noche), no aportó información cada vez que le hicimos alguna consulta y encima por dejar las maletas el día en que hicimos el check out nos cobro 10 euros más. En conclusión, si bien el alojamiento estaba bien el precio total que terminamos abonando me pareció extremadamente caro en la relación precio calidad.

Perfect location, comfortable accommodation

Excellent location. Ginevra was very accommodating, helpful and informative. Only complaints are the tiny sink in the bathroom that was difficult to use and a dog in the building that barked most of the first night we were there. Definitely would recommend for a few nights because of the comfort and location.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023. The bed is very comfy. Ac worked great. Perfect location near the Piazza de Poppello. 15 min walk to Vatican, Trevi, and Spanish Steps.However, the locks were very annoying. It was an old skeleton key. Since the bathroom wasnt attached, we had to lock and unlock the door and bathroom door each time we used it. The host was very nice and had great communication. Overall 3/5 stars

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado para ir caminando a los sitios de interés turístico. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación pero era de uso privado y la limpieza de 10. Hemos estado muy bien.

Freundlicher Empfang. Reservierungen und Kommunikation unkompliziert und auf gutem Englisch möglich. Ausstattung in der Unterkunft war einfach. Es fehlte ein wenig an einigen Details z.B. stand uns nur ein Geschirrhandtuch zur Verfügung - nicht mehr ganz frisch, obenso fehlten die Griffe an Tassen, zum Frühstück gab es ausschließlich abgepackte Croissants mit und ohne Füllung. Leider hatten wir ein stark verregnetes Wochenende und mussten unsere Sachen dringend trocknen. Auf die Nachfrage nach einem Heizlüfter, bekamen wir die Antwort, dass die Heizung schon seit April abgestellt sei...!?
