100% 만족할 수 없지만 즐거웠던 호텔
프론테스크에서 원하는 방을 찾아주려고 한점은 고맙게 생각합니다. 그러나 룸에 들어 갔을 때, 곰팡이 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 바꿔달라고 하려다가 참았습니다. 하루 지나니까 냄새가 약해지긴 해서 견딜만 했지만, 세심한 관리가 필요한 것 같습니다. 아침 부페 식사는 전반적으로 맛이 있었습니다. 특히, 인도 카래음식은 너무 좋아서 매일 먹었습니다. 위치는 맬라카의 중심 관광지로 부터 좀 떨어진(그래봐야 5분) 곳입니다만, 주변에 편의점, 식당 등등이 널려있어서 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 수영장은 선탠하기 좋았습니다. 참, KL에서 버스로 이동하려면 버스터미널을 이용해야하는데, 약간 먼니다.

This hotel is not far from Jonker street. It takes about 10 minutes by walk. I liked this hotel since there is a tennis court beside a swimming pool . I also borrowed rackets and balls on gym service desk. Although the balls were old and wet, I could enjoy playing tennis.

정확히 별4개 정도 수준의 호텔입니다. 좋습니다. 아주 좋지는 않아요.
직원 친절. 조식은 먹어 보지 않아 잘 모르겠고, 호텔 정문 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐이 있습니다! 유람선 투어, 네덜란드 광장 도보 이동 가능하나 대중 교통은 좋지 않음.

위치가 아주 좋아요!
관광하기에 취적의 위치입니다. 호텔에서 주요 유적지가 바로 보이니까요. 호텔은 다소 오래된 듯 보였지만 청결했고, 직원들도 아주 친절했습니다 .

주요 관광지와 가깝다는 접근성이 좋은 호텔
비교적 깨끗하다고 생각했었는데, 객실 가구위에 개미를 몇마리 발견했습니다.. 그것빼곤 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다.. 베드상태도 양호했고, 에어컨이나 기타 욕실상태도 우수합니다. 주요 관광지와도 가깝고, 맞은편엔 맥도날드와 큰 쇼핑몰도 있구요..

흡연가능으로 예약 했지만, 흡연은 전객실 불가였고, 다만 주변에 쇼핑센터 24시간 마사지 샾, 바 등이 있어 지루하진 않았습니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 조건이며, 서비스도 좋았습니다.

위치는편리했어요.다만매일두번씩은호텔키카드가고장이나서룸에바로들어가지못하는불편함과인터넷을일반으로사용했는데프리미엄을사용하였다고돈을지불하라고하더라구요사용한적없다고하니알겠다고해리티지차지2링깃씩내라고하더군요.다른건대체로만족스러웠는데그동안다른호텔을여러번이용했지만조치도안고그러다고매우불만족스럽다고는말못하겠네요.

말라카 자체가 작아서 어디든 걸어다닐 수 있는거리지만 다른 관광지로 가려면 좀 걸어야해요 산티아고 요새와는 가까운편이지만 네덜란드 광장에서는 꽤 걸어야 하는 편이죠 하지만 객실은 괜찮았어요 직원도 친절~ 부대시설이 많은점은 장점인 거 같아요 또 다른 호텔과 달리 쇼핑몰과도 매우 가까워요

Friendly and helpful staff
Spacious twin beds rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful to handle inquiry. The buffet breakfast offers vast variety and value for money.

Vintage looking hotel with the oomph
The sauna, steam room and gym were excellent! No hotels came this close. Spacious room, good view overlooking malacca -raya, conveniently located near the malls and entertainment centres.

Good enough for weekend stay
This is not my 1st stay at Equatorial. But 1st time that I stayed in hotel to relax n used the pool. Though nice big pool but didnt see any supervisory staff. I see people sitting by poolside smoking, which is not right. Deck chairs spotted with bird poop. Room comfortable size but problem with shower where water turns cold suddenly when tap is on hot. Bath tub doesnt look clean to sit in, thus had to stand to shower. Housekeeping staff should differentiate floor rug and towels as rug should not be hung with bath towels, rather placed on top of toilet bowl.

Like : traditional grand main lobby ,very nice restaurant room well decorated and furnished with proper nice tables and chairs with pleasant view to the outside area. Few negative points : public toilets in the main lobby very old and should have been mordernized ; in gents toilets foul smell or urine . In the rooms and especially bathrooms one clearly notices aging of bathtub, fixtures (shower and shower head) in bad shape , toilet bowl system old fashion , outdated and unpleasant. Carpet in the rooms too old and not pleasant smell. The floor carpet in the corridors at every floor need changing because they do not look clean and give off a bad old smell , very unpleasant. Door of the bedroom leave big gap with door frame ! Too old. On the service side especially in the restaurant very pleased with the staff and in particular with a very pleasant , very effective , very qualified person Ms Masrinda who made our stay at the hotel and visits at the restaurant very pleasant.
