밀라노중앙역과 가까워서 좋아요
중앙역이 보일정도로 가깝습니다.단지 봄인데도 추운느낌이들어서 포근하진않았네요.옆방의 소음이 들릴정도로 방이 붙어있는데 그냥 감안하고 묵을정도의 소음입니다.식사도할수있고 나쁘지않아요.화장실도 환기가잘되고 가격대비 나프진않아요

밀라노역에 매우 가깝게 위치해 있습니다. 시설도 깔끔합니다. 다만 방에 냉장고가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

밀라노 역에서 매우 가까이 있으나 찾기 힘들고 매우 좁은 방이었습니다. 시설은 깨끗하나 tv도 작고 에어컨도 좋지 않았어요.

친절하고 깨끗하고 만족스러운 호텔
굉장히 친절한 스텝들, 편안하고 깨끗한 호텔 상태, 다양한 빵 종류와 음료, 시리얼, 잼 그리고 맛있는 커피. 중앙역 바로 앞 위치. 직원들이 아주아주아주아주 친절했습니다. 세 명의 직원을 모두봤는데 셋 다 비교 못할 만큼 친절했구요. 모든 질문과 체크 인/체크 아웃 때 필요한 모든 것들에 친절했습니다. 있을 것 다 있고 깨끗한 호스텔이었습니다. 위치도 중앙역 진짜 바로 앞에 위치해서 이동 시 아주 좋았습니다.

We stayed in a room for 4 people yesterday and it was toally great. Although the hotel is situated near the main milano station, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel since it only had a small entrance at the building. The reception is very nice and speaks decent English. The room was nice and clean with a reasonable price, in fact I think it is better than what it looks like at the website.

밀라노 중앙역에서 아주 가까움 길하나 건너면 바로위치 지은지 얼마되지 않아 내부시설은 쾌적함 단지 엘레베이터 이용 소음이 좀 있으며 객실 청소 상태는 불량함 먼지가 여기저기 굴러다님 이른 아침 체크아웃이라 런치박스 챙겨주신다 했는데 전달이 안되어 비스코티 과자와 머핀 한개만 부랴부랴 챙겨줌

This hotel was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Italy. Located in front of the Central Station, it gives the opportunity to easily move by any means of transport to the places of interest in Milan. Its facilities are updated and very modern. Beautiful rooms that have nothing to envy of a high-class hotel. The attention of the person at the front desk was beyond extraordinary! They provide breakfast service if you give them advance notice.

Very convenient for Centrale station and comfortable bed, decent shower etc. It’s a slightly strange set up as it is on the first floor of what feels like an office or residential building, and there are limited facilities etc but for a short stay I would recommend it. You can get the Metro from Centrale to all the main sites, and it’s very quick. I stayed overnight and had a morning to explore and was able to walk around a lot of the key sites.

Convenient near Central Station
Milan very near the station which is good 3-5 min walk. Very clean-sterile. Helpful guys at reception.You have to ring bell from street when first arrive. Does not look like hotel from Street a little disconcerting. Hotel on first floor. There is a lift. We felt safe.

Excellent location and polite, friendly staff.
We travelled as a 3-generation family and had a room with 3 single beds. The hotel was a little hard to find as it is a first-floor boutique property but we found the door and buzzed the intercom. The hotel is located just off the main road, opposite the Central Station - excellent for travel (it was €7 for a days metro pass and just 30mins to Lake Como by train) and an easy 30min stroll to the Duomo. The man on reception was lovely (Brian) and spoke good English which was a relief as our Italian isn't great. The various other staff were also lovely, friendly and polite however Brian stood out as he worked every day through our stay and spoke to us whenever he saw us - just a "hello" or "have a good evening" but still added to the overall feel of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. No drink making facilities, but as reception is just outside your door, it is easy enough to ask for a drink and they bring it to your room (a coffee was €2). Plenty of room for 3 people with 3 people's stuff to spread out. The bathroom was clean and well maintained - with soap, shampoo/conditioner, cotton buds etc and plenty of large fluffy towels. The only let down was that the cleaner came daily and changed the towels - in other hotels this is optional in order to reduce the effect on climate. We would have been fine with one clean during our stay. We would happily stay again
