Furthermore we are happy to hear that you liked the upgrade to a deluxe room. Our hotel is located in an area within the city of Salzburg, yet it is also in a more quiet area than the city center. Given that some smaller farms are as well in our neighbourhood as family homes it is possible to smell a horse stable for example if you pass one. The buses stop right in front of our hotel and bring you directly to the city center of Salzburg. The buses do not drive in the pedestrial zone of Salzburg, but there are no cars or busses allowed at all. Given that Salzburg has a small old town every sightseeing in the city can be done by walking only. Please be aware of the room category you book. Our comfort rooms are located in the older part of the house, but still have the same facilities and services as our deluxe rooms. The main differe is the air-conditioning. For detailed informations of our rooms you can have a look on our website or any site where you can book our hotel. In the next years we will furthermore upgrade the comfort rooms as well. At the time you were one of our guests it was high season in Salzburg, given that i the summer holidays are in july and august throughout Europe. We are sorry that the cleaning of your room was not done how it should be. We apologize for that. If you have any problems during your stay we are always happy to asist you and solve your problems. If something should not be fine for you we are always happy if you talk to us at the reception and we try to assist you with your problem. Furthermore you are right that we have different room categories and some do not have air-conditioning. In the description of the rooms you are able to read if the room has an air-condition or not. Dear Mr Zoltan, we are sorry that you did not want to stay at our hotel. In the neighborhood of our hotel are some farms and stables located. As a result it is possible an odor is in the air. But in the hotel itself is certainly no odor at all. Furthermore our guests always felt very comfortable in our hotel and the surronding area. Given that we are not directly in the city area the odor is normal for a more rural area. In the past our parking always offered enough parking spaces for all of our guest, even if it can be busy at some days. If a guest does not arrive or cancel within the period it is possible we are going to collect the payment even if the guest did not stay at our hotel. Depending on the season our cancellation policy differs, but our guests are always able to read the details before the booking is completed. We do have guests who arrive by car, but we also have many guests who do not have a car. The city is easy accessible by bus and also the train station is easy to reach. You have to change the bus only one time and do not have to go to another bus stop or wait a longer time for the next bus to arrive. Furthermore we do offer the possibilty to storage the luggage in a room. But the room is not locked, so some guests prefer so leave their luggage in their car.
