호텔이 전체적으로 어둡고 매우 낙후됨.사진과 너무다름.......이불은 세탁한지 오래된듯 냄새가 좀 나는편임. 화장실은 매우좁아 사용하기 불편함. 모기 많음. 위치는 역과 두오모 중간으로 좋긴함. 전체적으로 가격을 생각한다면 다른곳을 알아보는게 좋을듯함.여행하며 휴식하기 좋은 분위기가 못됨.

한숨나오는 호텔.......
방까지 엄청 미로같은 복도를 지나야하는데 피렌체 밤거리보다 호텔안 복도가 더 무서움. 방에 들어가자마자 불을켠건지 아닌지 모를정도의 조명,퀴퀴한 냄새,언제 빨았는지 모를듯한 이불을 보니 아차싶음.그래도 화장실을 보기전까진 괜찮았음.도대체 샤워를 어떻게하지싶은 동선의 개코딱지만한화장실.....칠이 벗겨진 그로테스크한 화장실 문짝은 진짜 공포스러울정도. 더럽게 얼룩진 커튼....둘째날은 시트도 안갈아주고 바닥은 안닦는듯. 총 4박 예약했는데 이틀째 되는날 도저히 이건아니다싶어서 다른숙소 또 예약해버림.급하게 여행준비하느라 영문후기까지 안읽어본 잘못임ㅠㅠ 장점이라면......두오모랑 기차역이 엄청가깝지만 이건 피렌체 시내 자체가 작아서 큰 메리트는 없음. 직원들은 친절하긴함....정말 짜증나는건 그렇다고 많이 싼가격도 아니라는것.그러니 제발 제발 다른숙소 알아보세요ㅠㅠ

그저 그런곳
와이파이가 되지만 리셉션쪽에서만 가능함. 피렌체 역에서 가깝긴 하지만 시설 별로고 위생상태가 그리 좋진 않은듯. 침대도 오래되어 스프링이 다 꺼짐. 가격대만 괜찮음

It was terrible hotel... no, this is not a hotel. if i call this place as hotel, i'll feel sorry to other hotels. First of all, reception is so very very very unkind. They lie to customer. And when my voice's volume up because of terrible service and lie, their voice also up and i feel like they yell to customer. and when im angry and turn back, i saw his face be mockery. room also very bad. no refrigerator, dirty, and not change pillow cover and etc. if you choose this place, your trip will be nightmare. 가지마세요 제발 이탈리아라는 나라가 싫어졌습니다.

그다지....
오래된 호텔에 엑스포기간이라 정비는 새로 한거 같은데 건물이 하나가 아니라 2개이상 연결해서 사용하는것 같아 방 찾기가 좀 그랬고 방 정비를 제대로 안해서인지 3인실 이용이 없어서 그런지 룸체크가 사전에 부족했음. 화장실 유리장이 없어서 엄청 당황했고 에어컨도 성능이 떨어졌음. 체크인 날은 방 여분이 없어 다른방에서 욕실 사용후 자고 다음날 다른방으로 옮겨주웠다. 3인실이 없어 4인실에서 남은 숙박2일을 보냈다. 밥먹는 곳도 옆 다른 건물에서 사고 24시간 카운터가 운영된다 했는데 늦은시간 역시 옆 건물에서 키른 받을수 있었다

피렌체역에서 진짜 가까움!!
하지만 호텔 자체가 오래되서 깔끔하게 숙박 원하시는 분들은 비추..싼게 비지떡이라고!!프론트는 11시되면 칼퇴하니 방에 이상있으면 관광 나가기 전에 미리 직원들에게 어플해주시고 아침식사 포함여부 바우처 꼭 확인하시길!!

El hotel no es muy bonito, se lo ve un poco deteriorado, sin embargo la atención del chico que nos atendio fue 11/10, nos mostro donde ir! donde comer! la ubicacion es EXCELENTE especialmente si arrivas de un tren. lo malo es que nuestra habitación estaba en un tercer piso SIN ASCENSOR y con una escalera bien empinada, era facil caerse para atrás si mo te agarras.. y HAGAN LO QUE HAGAN NO LLEVAR MALETAS GRANDES, caso contrario la van a pasar MUY MAL al subir las escaleras. El cuarto muy bien, pero olía mal el baño como a desagüe.. y un problema personal que no me gusto nada, era que no habia puerta en la ducha y al bañarse se mojaba todo el baño....

Superb location. Step off the tram from the airport, it’s 200m away. Ideally situated for the historical centre, cafes, and restaurants. The staff deserve a special mention - very friendly and welcoming. A point worth mentioning however, there is no lift. This may be an issue for some.

Excellent hotel with everything you need to explore Florence 10 minute walk from the train station 10 minute walk to all the lovely sites Florence has to offer. We had a quad room for 3 nights that was more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, was cleaned daily and the staff on reception were always cheerful and helpful.

Está en todo el centro de la ciudad, 5 minutos andando desde la estación, la limpieza no era buena y el estado de las habitaciones es malísimo, pusieron wallpapper para cubrir imperfecciones pero está todo en mal estado. Solo hay ascensor que llega a ciertas habitaciones, yo tenía planta 3 y solo había escaleras estrechas, todo muy conveniente después de patear la ciudad 😅 Precio excesivo para lo que es, solamente pagas por donde se encuentra que es lo único positivo de este alojamiento. El personal amable. Servicio de limpieza no llama a la puerta cuando van a entrar y además no puedes bloquear la puerta por dentro, a mi me pilló en la ducha cuando el chico encargado de la limpieza entró sin avisar. En definitiva si es solo para dormir no está mal, pero seguro hay mejores opciones calidad precio :) Espero este comentario sirva para que hagan algo al respecto, sobretodo con la limpieza.

I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi connection was terrible, AC not working properly so I was sweating all night and couldn’t sleep, thin walls (can hear other guests through the walls), the rooms were not cleaned properly, no elevator (had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs), really bad water pressure in the shower, pillows were totally flat, bad street noise - the room would literally shake with trucks driving past outside. Not worth the money.

5泊して、毎日清掃と聞いていたのに清掃に入ったのは2日に1回。清掃と言っても床の掃除とゴミを片付けただけ。枕カバー、シーツの交換は1度もありませんでした。布団はなくブランケットほどの大きさのものが棚に入っていました。シャワーの髪の毛も片付けてなかったです。電気が１個電球が切れていたのか夜の部屋は暗く、窓がしっかり閉まっていなかったため外の音がうるさかったです。部屋備え付けのドライヤーも使えなかったのでフロントから借りました。立地はいいですが長い間泊まり衛生面が我慢できない人にはお勧めしません。1.2泊ならまだ大丈夫かなとは思います。

Fantastic location. Just a few mins walk from the Firenze SMN and just a couple blocks away from the Duomo. The AC was cold and didn’t have to worry about the summer heat. Sheets were nice and clean and bed was comfy. However, walls are paper thin, you’d hear everything from your neighbours and noise from the street. They also have no elevator so that was also an issue.

The room in itself was good. Nice wallpaper, good curtains. And a refrigerator which was nice. But the bathroom was not good when it came to it being only half finished renovated. It didn’t look finished. And the water in the shower didn’t go down for a long time. And it was very filthy in the corners of the shower. Black stuff just sitting there. Didn’t seem to have been cleaned for a long time or thoroughly. Also a shower curtain would be nice, cuz now water was splashing out on the floor. Also the the whole area where the shower handle etc. was, didn’t look cleaned at all for a long time. The water though was nice in every temperature and had a good shower beam. Also they came to clean our room, but we tried to communicate we just needed 5 more minutes, but then they didn’t come back to clean the room at all. The bed was very nice. Hard mattress. The elevator didn’t work and it was 2 sharp stairs per floor and it was a little hassle to walk up all those stairs. The girl in the reception was great.
