Pros:
1.) Room was cleaned everyday.
2.) Free coffee and tea.
3.) Very quiet; enabling for a good night sleep.
4.) Friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to secure me a room in Chiang Rai. The staff in the Chiang Rai hotel couldn't speak English, so the Miami staff booked a room for me in Thai.
5.) Close to everything, so you don't have to hassle for a tuk-tuk. Just walk down the street.
Cons:
1.) Mosquitoes. Bring a bug spray. Trust me, you'll need it.
2.) The hot water is not that hot. Or reliable.
3.) There's no lifts, so if you get the highest floor, you got to "exercise" over the stairs to get to your room. As for the 2nd floor rooms as they are the best.
4.) Sketchy internet. Not sure if it's because of the other roomies watching movies over the net- but on both occasions I stayed there the internet was sooooo slow.
