역시 쉐라톤
전시회 일정있어 인근 지역으로 선택한 호텔입니다. 호텔 직원들 아주 친절하고 위치 좋습니다. 청결도 시설도 우수합니다. 뒷문으로 나가면 걸어서 인근 몰 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 하지만 2박 3일 일정이었는데 이틀동안 이유도 없이 몰이 문을 닫았습니다. 마트도 없고 딱히 식당도 없습니다. 이점 참고 하시기 바랍니다.

클럽라운지 서비스를 이용하려고 이그제큐티브룸을 예약했는데 리노베이션 중이라 전혀 이용하지 못했음. 사전에 안내도 전혀 없고 현장에서도 이용할 수 없고 다른 레스토랑을 오후 2시간 정도 이용 가능하다고만 안내함. 직원들은 친철했으나 공사 소음이 엄청남. 거기에 대한 안내나 사과는 전혀 없었음. 그냥 가격 대비 나쁘지 않은 호텔...

인도 생활 수준에 비해 좋은건 맞지만 쉐라톤 명성에 비해 아쉬운 부분도 있었습니다. 밤늦게 도착하여 체크인하는데 시간도 오래 걸리고 침실 이불은 눅눅한 감이 있었습니다. 밤늦게까지 이어지는 파티로 인해 시끄러워 잠을 잘 수 없었구요.

We had an excellent 2-night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and staff there were very helpful. We were also impressed by the transportation services they provided, both by the drivers and the airport manager who met us. Their location right next to a large mall was very helpful.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Dechen provided great help and was always courteous and kind. Kapil was also wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the heart of New Delhi.

Smaller like puke.
The hall they put me on smelled like puke. The hotel was nowhere close to being booked so I am not sure why they would place anyone on that hall. Not a great deal for the expensive price.

Everything was lovely. Beautiful hotel with excellent food and service. Room was spacious and lovely. Great locations near huge shopping complex, plus easy access to Delhi metro
