Thanks for your feedback. I am pleased to let you know that we are upgrading our outdated bathrooms this winter, unfortunately this had been put on hold due to COVID.

Unfortunately we have procedures and policies in place to protect our business and need to stick to them.

Hello, I see you booked on of a basic cabins with minimal facilities. We have other room types that do have microwave and sink etc. I hope you let the reception know the issues in your room so we could fix them. Take Care

Good morning Frank Thanks for your feedback, as discussed the room type that you booked was a Deluxe cabin. This room has got a sheared patio. As you only stayed for 1 night we unfortunately don't do refunds on early check outs. If you had booked a ensuite or motel unit, these room types would have been serviced on the second day as discussed with you. These rooms also have a Queen and single bed. I'm sorry that the room was not what you thought you had booked. Regards Brad
