I am sorry to find you had some inconvenience with your room, it is the first time in 5 years as our hotel is operating, someone had issues with rooms next to meeting rooms. Sorry to find this was an issue for you. Regarding COVID safety, please kindly note, all guests who are entering the hotel building have COVID-FREE certificates (are fully vaccinated, are recovered, and has immunity or has a negative covid test not more than 48 hours). So all safety measures are kept. Also, we are requiring all people in the building to wear masks, but it is nearly impossible to identify if the guest is following requirements in the hallways or etc. Keep safe. Benas A.
