el lobby is good but the apartment they gave us does not meet the conditions for renting because it is full of cockroaches throughout the apartment we could not sleep

Apartment looked super nice from the pictures but turned out to be extremely small. The pullout couch was barely a single and did not fit 2 people. There was no wifi. Access to the pool was also restricted and we were not able to use it.

We liked the service from Rodrigo who looked after every wish. We liked the proximity to downtown , the subways and the grocery store across the street. However the roof top pool was available by appointment only for a fee and never available when we wanted it. It should be free and available all the time. We enjoyed our stay at VIP very much.

Muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. Totalmente central. Lo único que le resta comodidad al espacio, es el personal de seguridad del hall de entrada, quienes no te responden el saludo ni la despedida, cosa a la te tratan de manera bastante incómoda al llegar. No hay asientos para esperar en el hall, y en general el recibimiento en ese sector fue desagradable.

I've stayed twice, the location is great, all the people are very friendly and helpful. If I return to Santiago, I will stay in this place without hesitation. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable.

La amabilidad de quien nos recibió fue excelente, el lugar es cómodo; sin embargo es un edificio enorme donde hay mucho flujo de gente y por lo tanto mucho ruido. El departamento estaba impregnado a olor a cigarro, lo que lo hace desagradable al olfato. Es bastante engorrosa la entrada, hay que registrarse en el mostrador, luego subir a una oficina a hacer el check in y después te pasan la llave, en mi caso andaba con mucho equipaje y fue molesto tanto trámite luego de un viaje largo.

Acomodação em local central, muito bem servido de comércio e perto de alguns pontos históricos. Os funcionários da recepção e segurança foram ótimos. É um local popular, simples mas conveniente.

Considerando Custo x Beneficio, vale a pena, localização excelente, perto de tudo, fácil acesso a ônibus, metro, na região central, mas considerando a hospedagem deixa um pouco a desejar, pela aparência interna, pelos odores e principalmente pelo barulho...mas de um modo em geral vale a pena; Considering Cost x Benefit, it is worth it, excellent location, close to everything, easy access to buses, metro, in the central region, but considering the accommodation leaves a little to be desired, due to the internal appearance, the smells and mainly the noise... but overall it's worth it In Anbetracht von Kosten x Nutzen lohnt es sich, ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe von allem, einfacher Zugang zu Bussen, U-Bahn, in der zentralen Region, aber in Anbetracht der Unterkunft lässt sie aufgrund des inneren Erscheinungsbilds, der Gerüche und vor allem ein wenig zu wünschen übrig der Lärm ... aber insgesamt ist es das wert

The manager was very helpful and the security was great. Not the best place to stay for a night if doing a layover. I got woken up by the neighboring apartment’s dog and people being loud around 11pm and onwards. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Other than that, great central spot for walking around and seeing the nice buildings.

O apartamento em si é bom para um casal, porém é um prédio popular, não é um hotel, não funciona todos os elevadores, o prédio é mal organizado e não é bonito para passar uma lua de mel. O dono do apartamento é bem atencioso, e o estacionamento é pago, então se quiser deixar seu carro no prédio tem que pagar.

We were three families traveling. Each one of us checked in separately on the same day-all with same results. It took more than one hour between the time we got there, and the time it took the completely untrained person to give us our keys. She had zero knowledge Of English. When I buy from Expedia, I fully expect basic working English. The lady didn’t know how to run the credit card machine, had no idea that we had already requested for parking. The person who was our contact for the property is probably in another city. I had to call her 3 times while I waited at building security. In the end, I just decided to find my own parking, and asked the lady to just leave us alone. Spending more than hour with her was not really part of our itinerary. The location of the apartments was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. But the extreme hassle with check in wasted a lot of our time causing us to missing some attractions. Stay away.

Ce qui ne m'a pas plu: 1/ il n'y a pas de réception. Il faut appeler un nº de téléphone pour organiser la remise des clés, ce qui n'était pas spécifié dans l'email de confirmation d'Expedia. 2/ On voit que l'appartement a déjà beaucoup servi (1331).
