Nos cambiaron de hotel, no estaba limpio las habitaciones, mala atención, nos hicieron esperar para dar la habitación el el otro hotel, mal servicio, etc...

Good hotel close to center and nice price
The hotel lies only few hundred meterd from city center and shopping. The hotel has s cafe where you can buy hbeer, wine cakes and some food. The rooms is large with bathroom, refridgietor, TV but no water heater.

Comfortable hotel in city center
It was a very nice stay at Hotel Frontera. Staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as well.

Prepotencia, poca empatía y nula solución
Una estadía para el olvido por culpa de la encargada de reservas, la cual no sabía sobre los beneficios que entrega Hoteles.com a sus miembros; me obligaron a dejar una garantía que no me correspondía porque mi estadía está costo 0 al canjear una noche gratis. Luego de pagar llame a hoteles.com y ellos llamaron al hotel donde respondieron que hoy lunes 10 me contactarían para devolver el dinero de la garantía … obviamente no me llamaron y tampoco respondieron a mi email. Seria bueno que capaciten a los encargados de reservas para que no vuelvan a cometer estos errores.

Clean, comfortable in Temuco
hotel is centrally located in town. Limited parking but we were able to get a spot. Shares breakfast with sister property across the street. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Only complaint was the lack of temperature adjustment in the room and there is no air conditioning.

El hotel es correcto para unos días de trabajo, no obstante a mi entender tiene algunas cosas que mejorar: el desayuno se sirve en un local cruzando la calle enfrente, el acceso del parking al hotel es bastante incómodo y el baño, al menos el de mi cuarto, demasiado chico. Mi habitación daba al lado del ascensor, con lo cual se sentía bastante el ruido del ascensor y el cerrar de las puertas de las habitaciones contiguas.

Very over priced.
Room was very small. No AC and even though we were on 7th floor, we were on the Main Street so lots of noise. We had to close the window so the room was very hot. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in hotel restaurant was also good. No restaurants in the local area so we were glad to have s good meal in the hotel.

We found this a safe location with English speaking staff and excellent Restaurant for the evening meals. The manager went beyond duty to organise our bus tickets to next destination.

El personal del hotel muy poco atenta. Ellos veían que venía con maletas y estaba complicado para abrir las puertas y ellos no hacían nada. Mal ahí. Lo más probable que busque otro hotel para mi próxima estadía en Temuco

Hotel correcto en pleno centro de la ciudad
Es un hotel antiguo reciclado con buen criterio, y expandido a un segundo local que se encuentra enfrente. El Frontera Plaza es un poco mejor, en términos de infraestructura; y el Frontera clásico es un hotel un poco más antiguo pero correctamente mantenido. El personal más joven es muy amable y servicial. En mi caso, sin embargo, tuve algunos problemas operativos. El pago no se había acreditado, y el late check out que el primer día me concedió explícitamente alguien que se presentó como gerente, el último día no era aceptado por el personal de recepción, lo que generó problemas de logística con mi trabajo y los medios de transporte, además de un mal momento.
