플로리다 거리 바로 옆이어서 위치 너무 좋구 욕조에 샤워부스가 달린형태여서 샤워하기나 간단한 빨래하기가 좋았어요. 물도 완전 좋구.

I was in room 611 and it was too noisy outside and you can hear everything, and after the bar closes they turn down and make so much noise like it’s in the middle of the day.

Me surpreendeu bastante, hotel muito bem localizado, otimos funcionários, café com variedades, limpeza e acomodaçoes do quarto excelentes. Só fiquei insatisfeita por ter feito a reserva em fevereiro para hospedagem em agosto do quarto com cama de casal e eram duas de solteiro e ficou por isso mesmo, alem do quarto ser quente e nao ter ar condicionado, no mais tudo novo, troca de toalhas todos os dias. Super recomendo!!

Até valeu a pena.
Hotel muito bem localizado. Quase na esquina da rua Florida e a Rua Levalle tem bastante comércios também. Restaurantes na esquina facilitando bem. Desvantagem que a rua não passa carro e tem que descer do carro ex ir arrastando malas até a porta do hotel. Sistema de ar condicionado e aquecimento coletivos. Alguns dias estavam bem quentes e queria ligar o ar condicionado e saia ar quente. Tivemos que dormir vários dias com janelas abertas para ver se ventilava. E rua com movimento tinha bastante barulho. Mas boa opção no geral.

Lowlights in the nicest of locations in BsAs.
Way too shabby for the price tag. Very clean, but facilities in poor condition: bathroom (sliding) door did not close properly and was difficult to slide, faucet was loose, corridor carpets old and dirty, lift doors did no stop on resistance (by a person entering). Confusing that snacks were no clearly marked as NOT a courtesy (then being not in the fridge, but net to TV). Desk personnel did not apologize for this upon checkout. Only redemption was the breakfast personnel. Very polite and efficient. Also: apparently due to city regulations, an awful lot of personal information has to be provided upon checkin (marital status, work address and the like). Shady.

lo que más me gustó fue la calidez humana, especialmente José que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y a los chicos del sector pileta Rodrigo, Yesenia, Sergio, Baltazar y Víctor, realmente quiero volver porque ellos hicieron nuestra estadía especial, siempre atentos y con la mejor buena onda. Volveremos por ellos, teniendo en cuenta que todo lo demás espectacular!!!! ojalá muchos hoteles tuvieran la calidad de estas personas

Great walkable location for just about everything. Pedestrian street near main avenues and subway stations. Friendly helpful multilingual staff -- they will call you a taxi that arrives in 5 minutes--and will look up the fare for the distance for you in advance! Rooms are basic with minibar, but with enough space for your own cheaper purchase of bottled water, etc. each day from nearby shops. Some concerns--not limited to this hotel. During summer heat waves in Buenos Aires (90 degrees); air conditioning is strained and low or non-existent in some buildings. (Here: tolerable--they also let you know on check-in if it's a problem). Many buildings (and subways) have limited elevator access and many steps to navigate. This one has two six-person elevators and ramps, but not to the lowest level where breakfast buffet is located (costs extra): that requires 5 steps down from landing. There's a great little bakery on corner for coffee and pastry, but I would not recommend the hotel for someone dependent on a wheel chair. But I would gladly stay here again.

Confortable y bien ubicado
El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son comodas y la zona es microcentro, cerca de todo. En recepcion fueron amables y atentos siempre. El desayuno es abundante aunque podria ser mas variado. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es excepcional, pero el handy que emplean para comunicarse entre el personal, es muy ruidoso. Mas considerando que comienzan a limpiar las habitaciones muy temprano, el ruido de los mismos nos despertaba cada dia. Es el unico punto a mejorar a mi parecer!

The staff were excellent. There were always two people at the desk and one always spoke English. They helped with directions, currency exchange info, booking a tango show and flight check in. It is on a quiet walking street 1/2 block away from Florida street a busy pedestrian shopping area.The security guard was very pleasant and helped truck my luggage to where Uber picks up. The room itself was very basic but clean with good beds.
