Great stay experience, highly recommended !!
This is the best place to stay for a 2 days 1 night trip to Bratislava with your family. The location is good for access to the city's tourist attractions, but it's quiet and the breakfast is also excellent. The information provided by the staff and the overall service are excellent. The accommodation was a room where a family of 4 members could spend comfortably, and all facilities were very good. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come to Bratislava.

완전 친절하고 인종차별 이딴거 1도 없음. 이번엔 혼자 왔지만 담엔 여친이랑 와야겠다. 벨보이, 리셉션 모두 훌륭하다. 미니바 음료도 다 무료라서 다 마심 ㅋㅋㅋ 욕조도 있고 수건 미친듯이 많음. 헬스장 좁긴해도 잘 씀 컴퓨터 실도 있다. 조식 괜찮음 이 가격에 이 서비스 ㅎㄷㄷ

excellent place to stay.
The free mini bar was excellent. The reception was also very kind. Room was clean. I would visit here again for my next trip. However, wifi singal was very weak.

Bratislava's genuine boutique hotel
Beautifully designed hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet place and walkable to old city center. This hotel will make you experience an extension of your visit in Bratislava, even when you just stay inside of the room. PC-room and fitness room were also well equipped and maintained. Fit for any type of trip.

I was very disappointed due to the hotel's rude reception staffs. The male staff demanded that we do something unreasonable. He asked for a voucher even though we already gave him a passport. So we had to open the luggage in the lobby to find the voucher. It was very shameful and burdensome.. The female staff did not even smile at all. She taled to us about the complimentary mini bar. But, we did not know the meaning of the term "conplimentary mini bar", so we asked whether water is provided free of charge. She could simply say 'yes' to our question, but she did not do and only repeated the term "complimentary mini bar" loudly. She spoke as if she were talking to someone who could not hear well..

My husband and I had a very nice time there. Our room was very beautiful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed having our breakfasts at the hotel. Food was very tasty and fresh.

None of the VIP access or amenities were available during our stay. We were not informed until one day later. Staff didn't have the best attitude when we checked. The lady at the receptionist even rolled her eyes when we asked.

Hidden gem near the city center
Marrol's Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem just a few steps away from the pedestrian city center. From the moment we stepped in until we checked out, we felt very welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities. Breakfast is included and quite varied. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with our 2 year old and they had the crib and blankets for him already set up! It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We didn't see love the robes, more like towels than something to lounge around in. Breakfast was delicious, only wish it went a bit later since we've been sleeping in. The place is so much nicer than the photos! It's a bit further from old town than we preferred, funky back and forth on a few streets there, but it was fine for us.
