정전이 너무 자주되어서 불편했어요. 특히 샤워하고 있을때 정전되어서 깜깜한건 물론이고 물까지 나오지 않아 5분 넘게 고생했네요. 가격대비 성능이 좋진 않은것 같아요. 쉐라톤 내 스파는 45분에 660비르이고($25정도) 90분에 1320비르($50정도)로 나쁘지 않은 가격이었으나 크게 만족스럽지는 않았어요. 그리고 무엇보다 불편했던건, 조식 포함해서 결제를 했음에도 불구하고 매일 아침마다 식사비를 지불하라는 요청이 있어서 매번 컨시어지 방문해서 바로잡느라 시간 낭비를 했네요. 쉐라톤호텔에서는 예약사이트의 잘못이라고 하던데요. 이건 호텔스닷컴의 잘못인가요?

동아프리카를 돌아다니며 호텔의 수준은 전반적으로 최고 였습니다. 시설,친절도 등등 모든 면에서 단 하나 식당의 음식들이 너무 맛없음... 인도식당 한곳이 그나마 먹을만한 정도임

I did my reservation through Expedia. At check-in the receptionist forgot to take the deposit. I thought that it was made automatically when I did my reservation online. I then decided to have my breakfast. A lady asked about my room number. Everything was fine so far, until I signed the check. The waiter told me that I didn’t have any credit at the hotel. I wasn’t sure about what was happening. I told him that I already checked in. He looked at me and went to talk to his superior. Since that moment all the staff was looking at me as if I did something wrong. All eyes were on me as if I was about to escape, and for what? A plain breakfast of less than 30 USD.! At the moment I was leaving, the same lady who asked about my room number, took the phone and called one of the waiters. He immediately came running after me. He said Mum something is wrong, and that I should follow him to the reception. I never felt so humiliated in my life. I went to the reception and the receptionist apologized and asked for my credit card and proceeded with the deposit. The waiter was still standing there as if he was escorting a thief. Later on I went for a walk inside the hotel and passed by the pool and when I tried to enter the pool, someone from the hotel told me that I have to pay to get inside!!!!. He was so rude that I didn’t even have time to explain that I was a guest. The management has to review the staff behavior, except for the receptionists who were very nice and helpful.

After room service They don’t take out their food trays and glass out all day long and night in our room. Also they didn’t change the bedsheets until we asked them repeatedly.

Beautiful facility. Staff were amazing… everyone I met was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was a breeze. Very, very nice by any standards.

The best hotel with awesome customer service
Firstly I want to say thank you to all the staff i interacted with especially the front desk staff Zelalem and Nebiyu for making this an awesome stay for my dad and me. The hotel was comfortable and clean. There are a couple of bars/restaurants on the premises that are modern with a relaxed ambiance. Great parking area. The view on site was great to just walk around with your loved one. The customer service was the best I have seen (I have visited multiple hotels in different countries) which adds to the Sheraton Addis being the best hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are in Addis for Business or pleasure you have to stay here for at least one night to experience the view, great breakfast, and to wind down for a bit from the hustle and bustle. I will definitely return during my visits to Addis.

The hotel was amazing, clean, safe, and the facility was immaculate! The restaurants were excellent and the service from all staff was amazing! I will definitely stay there again!

We are young Ethiopian couples from U.S.A , we went back home for a week vacation. We only stayed here one night. Apparently if you talk to the stuff in Amharic, you will be treated like crap. They only respect other nationals staying there. We were told checkout time differently. We were told the pole is not free because they assumed we don’t have a room. They assume without asking. Please give your front desk people more diversity treating. We expect more from big hotel like this.

Best Hotel in Addis Ababa
The Sheraton Addis is always my only option when I am at addis ababa, it offers everything a 5 star hotel should. Its really amazing im every way. I do think however is that becoming too classic and needs some new decors, but nonetheless its a remarkable hotel

Comfortable, but suspicious food
The Sheraton is easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever staid in, and I saved a bit of money by eating their happy hour for dinner. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the service great. It’s close to the airport, but you’ll otherwise need taxis to get around. The grounds are filled with flowers, and there’s an amazing jogging path on property, as well as a pool and a playground for the kiddos. Foodwise, I have some questions, as myself and several other people came down with food poisoning during our conference. Of all the places to get food poisoning, however, this was by far the comfiest.

The Sheridan in Addis Ababa is unbelievable! It is truly a luxury hotel. Beautiful grounds, great restaurants, comfortable beds and wonderful service. I can’t say enough good things about it. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Really good hotel with a large complex including pools, play area, running course, gym and spa area. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and booking tours. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a security check at the entrance and also scanners before entering the hotel. I was travelling for work and my hand tools were not allowed on the hotel. This was slightly unusual but understandable.

Hotel is fine. The best spot is the executive lounge—great food and service. Gym is very basic and dated. Whole hotel could use refreshing. Service all great though.
