Hôtel coquet, fleuri, piscine, au centre et calme.
Un hôtel d'une vingtaine de chambres, bien décoré, jolie piscine, fleuri, balcon dans les bougainvilliers, dans une rue calme à 5mn des restaurants, commerces, bateaux, dolmus pour la plage. Propriétaire gentil facilite le séjour, femme de chambre attentionnée, bon petit déjeuner, service de lingerie.

Rota hotel Dalyan
We cant wait to return to this tranquil little gem.Set in a quiet area just a very short walk to town .The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday.The typical turkish breakfast was very good plenty of fresh bread and beverages.The owners are friendly and welcoming. We liked how peaceful and quiet this small hotel is,no loud music booming and other guests were respectful day and night,just perfect for us.

It was a lovely hotel, family run by lovely people. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was proper Turkish and plentiful. The only downside was two showers with no hot water.

Lovely family feel to the hotel - I was travelling on my own and was made to feel safe and looked after - great experience, lovely room right next to the pool - easy access to the town - decent breakfast - clean and tidy

Ici le temps s’arrête ! Ce petit hôtel familial, parfaitement entretenu, est situé dans une rue calme au cœur du village de Dalyan. Un lieu idéal pour partir en bateau à la découverte des gorges de Dalyan et leurs multiples richesses naturelles et archéologiques…. ou simplement s’offrir le temps de se ressourcer ! Le propriétaire et son équipe sont très accueillants !

Lovely Hotel
Really lovely hotel in a great spot next to all local amenities and tourist attractions. Bus to istuzu beach only 20 lira. Staff fab and arrived early so was offered breakfast free. Really clean rooms that are freshened up daily. Lovely place and so reasonable on price.

A warm and cosy atmosphere
The staff was wonderful! So friendly, smiley and would do anything for you. A very calm and relaxing place. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. We definitely want to come back! The breakfast was a little bit simple. If they add a little bit more vegetables and fruit, it would have been very nice.

The Rota Hotel is a lovely friendly hotel, the staff are warm, welcoming and really helpful. The pool is a welcome break from the afternoon heat, and really comfortable for a drink from the bar too. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly comfortable for a place to stay when you are out and about a lot. Highly recommend.

Fab hotel! Not for young guests
Hotel is fabulous for the price. Staff are great! Howvere, we were by far the youngest guests at the hotel (in our 20s) and felt somewhat out of place amongst the other guests (50s-80s) so didn't use the communal areas as much.

Brilliant stay
We only stayed 2 nights but this was a great choice of hotel, Yücel and his staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable room, bar and the swimming pool still open despite majority being closed by the start of October. We will hopefully return next year for possibly a little longer.

I enjoyed the stay enormously and would like to say more but each time i try to be honest with my review, hotels.com block them, even though the are never any derogatory remarks

Ideal for short break
The owner and staff very helpful and friendly ideally situated for bars and shops pool very good not to many sunbeds if busy otherwise excellent
