Dear Mr. Meng,thank you for taking the time to write this feedback.We regret to hear that you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest and that our team seemed exhausted after Advent, Christmas and New Years, which is the busiest season all year for us, but of course this should not be visible to our guests. My colleagues at the reception told me that you were upset and angry about our bartender getting a reconfirmation from our reservation manager if it is correct that you are entitled to receive a second bottle of free wine as gift for Expedia Vip customers as he remembered that he already had given you one bottle 2 days earlier. He did not and could not have known that you had a follow-up booking during your ongoing stay with us and just wanted to make sure if it is alright to give you a second bottle for free. Unfortunately this seemed like an insult to you which was in no way intended. My colleague at the reception tried to tell you multiple times that this was a misunderstanding and that we gladly would like to give you the wine which you did not want to accept. You asked to speak to the manager but as this has happened in the evening, my colleague told you that I would be here the next morning. Instead of coming to the reception and giving us the opportunity to solve this obvious misunderstanding directly, you have chosen to let out your anger in this review.
