Dear Saqib, i believe this review is harsh. Because: 1) You booked our Terrace Studio apartment. We prepared your apartment before your arrival. You arrivel after 20:00 with a bigger guest numbers than your reservation. 2) You pleased bigger apartment since your group can not fit in the apartment you booked, and we offered you our Deluxe Apartment. 3) We informed you that, the new bedsheets are not dry yet (Our cleaners left at 18:00, and your bigger guest numbers are not expected), we had to prepare new beds with backup urgent bedsheets (Which are clean, "NOT" worn out, but i accept they are old, 2 years old), and you said ok. 4) The next day, even your reservation is for 2 days, we asked you to replace your bedsheets with the new one, but you said, "No need to" 5) Taksim Square is 10-12 minutes distance. 20-25 minutes, is enough time to go Besiktas. I dont know which way you used to go Taksim Square, maybe you had a very big round. But if you followed the map we gave you, it would save you time. 6) Istiklal Street is 3 minutes by walk. I also dont know which way you used to reach Istiklal Street 8-10 minutes. Maybe you are confused so much, or maybe you rated the wrong hotel?

Tüm dairelerimizde klima bulunmaktadır ve klimalarda nem alma özelliği de mevcuttur. Konaklamanız boyunca yaşadığınız sorunları bizimle paylaşmadığınız için, bunu sizinle paylaşma fırsatımız maalesef olmadı.

We are very sorry to see that we couldn't meet our guests expectations. Even she wrote our staff is nice, she also rated them 1, which means, maybe she wanted to punish us with review. Maybe the reason is, we asked extra charge for the 3rd guest (Her sister) because the apartment is for 2 person, and we need to upgrade them to bigger apartment. They said they saw insect in the apartment (Please be informed that, the window that opens outside for fresh air, have mosquito nets from outsie), even we didnt see never, we poisoned, and didnt see any dead insect inside after that as well. We thought maybe they tried this for free upgrade to have the 3rd guest.Hope it is not like this, because it is not very nice at all.

We are sorry to see we couldn't meet your expectations. You booked economy studio (No View), and when you arrive, we showed you all the available apartments we have with reasonable upgrade fees, and you decided to stay in the Honeymoon Apartment (Street view). Regarding your checkout experience, if you do not write everything, the readers will misunderstand. Yes we always knock the doors at 11:45 to ask if our guests needs help with the luggage, i am sure you never saw this gentle help offer in any hotel. We need to make the apartments ready at 14:00 which means we have only 2 hours to make a high quality cleaning. And our cleaners are ready at 12:00 to start cleaning. If you say the cleaner waited outside the door, it means you didn't checkout on time.

Hello, we are sorry to see that you didnt enjoy your stay with us. Even you didnt use our breakfast and restaurant services (Our Cafeteria will open 1 May 2018) you rated them low, and i dont know how we can improve us about this. About the energy cut, it is correct, but it was not only our apartment, it was all Beyoglu. And about the Water cut, i am sorry but i do not agree this comment, because, it was water cut in all over Istanbul, and all the city informed 2 days early, and we give you and all guests paper and say that: We will provide bottled water whenever you need. But if you like, you can cancel your reservaiton free of charge". But you prefer staying with us while you have opportunity to cancel your reservaiton. And when we had avaiiabilities in bigger apartments, we always asked you first if you like to move or not with a reasonable upgrade fee, but you always said you are ok with your apartment. And even it is a small studio, we have aircondition inside, and can refresh the air inside in some minute. When you tell us the bathroom floor water, our techincal team saw there is no problem with the facilities, and the reason is, taking shower without closing the show door. We always respect reviews but if it is fair.

Thank you for your nice comments :) All the buildings are old in Beyoglu. And we renovate the buildings and keep the soul alive by letting historical parts remain (Like woods, floors etc).

Şöyle düşünebilirseniz çok memnun olurum: Kendi özel evinizde hiçbir zaman komşuların sesini duymuyor musunuz gerçekten? Mutlaka yere birşey düşürürse, topuklu terlikle yürürse, bağırarak konuşursa ses gelir. Binamızda hiçbir bölme alçıpan ile yapılmamıştır, hepsi gerçek duvardır. Bahsettiğiniz iyi olmayan ses yalıtımları, alçıpan (Veya betopan) ile bölme ayrımı yapılan binalardadır. Genelde misafirlerimiz pek çok oteli araştırıp yorumlarını okuyup konaklıyorlar, ve diğer otellerde okudukları yorumlardan etkileniyorlar, ve burada yaşadıklarını aynısı sanıyorlar. Örneğin, daha önce bize "Bölge gürültülü" yazan misafirlerimi oldu, binamızın çevresinde 1 tane bile gece kulübü yoktur. Sadece araba veya sokakta oynayan çocukların sesi olabilir. Ama aynı misafirimiz Istiklal Caddesi ara sokaklarındaki bir otelin yorumunda bunu gördüğü için etkilenerek "Evet burası da gürültülü" diyor. Ancak bir gün gidip oradaki gürültüden kastın sabah 04:00 a kadar müzik ve bas sesleri olduğunu bilse, eminim ki bölgemizin huzurundan çok memnun kalır:) Misafirlerimizin hepsinin tesisimize diğer otellerde okuduğu olumsuz yorumların önyargılarından ayrı gelmeleri en büyük temennimiz:)

I would like to correct some issues. First of all, this guest did not stay with us but give all the points low, which is unfair. 1) The apartment is same with the photos, and has a window for fresh air. If the guest is telling the truth, and there is no windows, i written confirm here that i will offer the guests book here life time free stay. 2) Our guest came 1 day before to see the apartment, and since it was available we showed them the apartment. They said they want room upstairs and we said, unfortunately we are fully occupied, but if we have cancellation for the next day, we said we will be happy to offer them an apartment upstairs. They they came, we were fully occupied and did not receive any cancellation. 3) If you try to search our hotel 1 day, it will not show you any avaibility, because our hotel policy is min. 2 days (Not government). Our guest told you "My. Guner says the policy is min. 2 days", maybe you mixed Guner with Government. This conversation is coming from, the guest offered us to stay just 1 night, and asked 2 nights refund. Total stay was 3 days. 4) We provide eveything we promised in our listing and this apartment is non-refundable price (Thats why it is also with low price compared to our rivals) 5) We are exactly same with the site shown. 100% accuracy.
