Hello! Thank you for taking time out to write a review. The cabin with the loft bed you were referring to must be the Adventure Chalet. As the name suggests, there is a little adventure to get up to the loft bed. Every chalet is unique, some with a loft and some with just one level. Hope you could stay with us again in future and experience other chalets!

The Green Chalet is designed to be environmentally friendly so the bedrooms are in the back, away from the direct sun and why the air conditioner is used for the front rooms. Typically the cool mountain air and fans are sufficient for a comfortable night stay. Our apologies that wasn't the case for your family.
