장소는 모두 안락하고 좋았습니다. 그렇지만 숙박기간동안 청소는 없었고 타월 교체도 미리 리셉션에 말해두어야 해주었습니다. 그런 불편함을 제외하고 괜찮았던 장소였지만 다음 번에 베를린을 방문한다면 다른 곳에서 숙박을 할 것 같습니다.

깔끔하게 관리되어있고 편안하게 지냈습니다. 조식제공은 근처 까페에서 되는데 2분정도 걸어서 가면 빵과 치즈, 과일, 반숙계란 등을 줍니다. 분위기는 좋습니다. 면도기는 제공되지 않습니다. 조리 도구가 구비되어있고 인덕션이 있습니다.

An Excellent Appartment Hotel! The hotel is well-maintained. It is super-clean and comfortable with unnecessary decorations. The facilities including beds, duvets, kitchen and bathroom facilities are all high-standard. The reception people are kind and helpful. Most of all, it is located in one of the trendy as well as traditional places in Berlin. Transportation is great, so you can use tram, subway, bus and taxi as well. Highly recommend!!

perfect accommodation in Berlin
I definitely will go to this accommodation when I would chance to go Berlin in the future. It was perfect all the time from the first step to the check out for about cleaness, spacious room,kind staff and walking distance near by famous spot such as TV Tower, Alexander platz, Hackersher Market, Dom of Berlin etc. May be for the young aged travellers who like shopping, drink coffee and want to have relaxed time that will love this area and this apartment as well. I thank for the Fredericks to make me comfortable staying to keep it as a good memories in mind.

so gorgeous
Everything is so gorgeous. The location is sooooo good and comfortable. The view of room also great, I can listen bird singing and the sound of bell from church in the morning. It's so peaceful. I think that the price is reasonable.

Kan anbefale stedet på grund af god beliggenhed. Fin rengøring, men ingen rengøring under ophold, selvom man skal spise sin morgenmad på værelset. Morgenmaden blev leveret klokken 4.30 om morgen, og de støjer ved levering, så vi vågnede. Søndag begyndte rengøringen at støje på gangen kl 7.45, og vi opgav at sove længere. Vi havde 2 værelser. Det ene var godt, men det andet var indrettet som på et plejehjem, da det var egnet til handicappede.

Great location and cozy
It’s a great location! Walking distance to transportation, shops, restaurants, to museums and Prenzlauerberg. Check in was easy, room cozy, we took one with balcony and ate breakfast there every morning. Will come back it was so great.

Fix luggage space !
Beautiful flat- with double terrace- really a pleasure, but the modern coms (appliances...) assumed a lot of pre-knowledge- a site with instructions for the appliances and FAQs--(should we sort garbage?) would have been helpful. The management answered mails really promptly, but it would have been better not to have to ask. Door situation felt rather insecure- people could easily enter after us. Most important is that something needs to be done about the left luggage situation. It was really a pain trying to find a solution for our luggage on our last day- the storage space system is just insufficient and rather spoiled our last day (spent 2 hours trying to find a locker in Berlin HbF!)

Big pros and cons
Very mixed stay. Cons: broken door, missing privacy blind between the two rooms, mold in the shower, only one fan (no AC), and confusing check in process. Pros: besides a great location, excellent 24 hour communication to try to address these issues. All issues were eventually resolved except the missing shade, which they needed to order. I was hoping they’d offer a monetary compensation or upgrade, which they did not; but at least they allowed a late check out and an early subsequent check in for our daughter, who was switching to a single room when we left.

There are better places
I wanted to like numa nook, but it has been one of the worst experiences Ive had in a hotel. First, they dont have enough lockers for you to drop off your bags if you arrive early, they send you to some other place 4 blocks away and they were also full. Second, even after you request no one go to your room I encountered two strange men cleaning the windows *inside* my room. You cant lock the door from the inside, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. I did not feel safe at all during my stay. Third, the person I was texting with gaslighted me and was giving me conflicting information about my room. The hotel was fine, location is good in Mitte. No AC. I would not recommend this please, least to a solo woman traveler to stay here and I will not be staying at a numa again

I loved my room here and would absolutely tell friends to go back to Numa Nook. Great neighborhood, perfect room and great responsiveness to any questions I had. It was exactly what I was looking for and all the food & transpiration I needed was right there. Plus museum island is just around the corner.
