Hello! Our policy is to clean the room and change towels and bed sheets every 3 days. That being said, if guests want a towel or a bed sheet changed before then all they have to do is to notify us. Although that is clear and well documented in both our website and other booking sites, we discovered that, unfortunately, it is not present in Expedia (and as a result in Hotels.com)! We would like to sincerely apologise!! We had no knowledge about this! We called Expedia in order to add this information but as it turns out currently they offer no option/way to add custom text and we are searching for a solution. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention! Also keep in mind that every year we improve the rooms and add new services. Thank you for your constructive criticism.
