객실/호텔 청결도 객실은 청소 상태가 양호하고, 메트리스가 깨끗하며 편안합니다. 객실 내부는 깔끔하고, 청결합니다. 호텔 외관은 낡았지만, 내부는 리모델링 한 듯 깔끔합니다. 서비스 품질 호텔 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 공항 Pick-up괴ㅏ Drop-off는 무료입니다. 호텔 편의 시설 엘리베이터가 있어서 편리합니다. 객실 내 수압이 좋아 물이 아주 잘 나옵니다. 에어컨과 선풍기는 구비되어 있지 않습니다. 또한, 샤워용품(샴푸, 바디젤)도 구비되지 않았습니다. 생수 한병(싱글룸 기준)은 구비되어 있습니다. 호텔 맨 윗층에 올라가면 근처를 한 눈에 내려다 볼 수 있습니다. 인터넷은 빠르진 않지만 대체로 잘 터집니다. 호텔 위치 공항과는 10분 거리로 매우 가깝습니다. 랜드마크 지역(에드나 몰)과는 조금 멀리있지만, 지상열차역(10분 내)과는 가깝습니다. 랜드마크로 가는 방향은 차가 많이 막히고, 복잡합니다. 대체로 만족합니다.

This is by far my favorite hotel when I visit Addis! Wudasie is located in a very good area and the hotel personell is very accommodating. The interior antique for the rooms are unique. Tizu warm gracious welcome will make you feel like you’re at home. This will always be my first choice when visiting Addis!

The staffs are nice but simple things makes the hotel poor shower head is broken and fixed by rubber band bed sheet is very old and hole everywhere shower mixer broken shower curtain dirty…. Overall it’s not worth it!!

Staff are friendly and assisted with all parts of the booking and airport transfers ran smoothly. Food good, internet connection intermittent but other than that a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you.

Very clean, service was fantastic! Lighting was terrible in my room. But I still recommend it. Will pick you up at Bole International Airport. Neighborhood isn’t safe at night, but lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

It is located close to the airport, and has friendly staff. The food is very good. The rooms are clean. Nice warm water in the shower. The only problem with this hotel is that the area around it is a bit noisy all throughout the night.

My second visit to the Wudasie Castle Hotel. Good location, clean and the staff are so friendly and kind. For anyone visiting Addis for a short city break, I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast and airport pick up/drop off is also included. I would definitely go back!

Decent Hotel in Sleazy Area
We had a good stay at the Wudasie Hotel, but we were warned by a number of locals that it is somewhat of a Red Light District at night. It is NOT the hotel's fault, and we never felt threatened in the hotel, but it was highly advised that we not walk around at night. There was a very sleazy club next door, and quite a lot of music noise at night (I use white noise and ear plugs so wasn't bothered much). The food at the hotel is GREAT! It was a really good transition for us coming from the USA and wanting to have safe food to fall back on. Their cooks are excellent (it's a small, humble kitchen with a basic menu which we enjoyed very much).

Outstanding attention to detail
Wudasie Castle was outstanding and the staff friendly and helpful in every department: reception, restaurant, cleaning staff, drivers. Instant hot water, daily bottled water and well priced menu made for a very comfortable stay. Now back in the UK with happy memories and new friends made. Thank you!

良い点 ①部屋が広い ②従業員が親切 悪い点 ①到着時間に空港出口にシャトルバスがいなかかったため電話で呼ぶことになりました。 　事前に到着時間を知らせる意味がない。 ②シャワーや洗面台から水が漏れ、靴下がびちょびちょになりました。 ③朝晩は冷えるのですが、部屋が広いこともありシャワー浴びた後が特に寒いです。 ④空港までのシャトルバスの時間を記載したにも関わらず再度確認をしなければならない 　（シャトルバスの用意をしていなかった様子でした）

Pros and Cons
I had the misfortune of having my cellphone stolen while walking near Meskel Square. The staff, especially the night manager, and several day employees were wonderful helping me deal with a very unpleasant situation. The rooms at Wudasie are clean, functional, beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water , but dogs barking every night from 10 until 1 or 2 was annoying. Neighborhood okay..

Best Hotel in Addis Ababa
I checked-in with lower expectation, as I had tried most the top hotels in Addis Ababa & always had issues despite paying much more money on the rooms & the brand. This hotel is a small hotel type, simple yet beautiful Ethiopian themed design. The bath tub fills up with extremely hot water which is hard to find in most hotels, finally the price was good for Addis Ababa standards. Staff are excellent...highly recommended

ホテル周辺には飲食店が複数件ある他、ATMも近くにある。アディスアベバ・ライトレールのニファス・シルクⅡ駅迄徒歩７～８分（但し、車内は常に大混雑）、空港迄車で約10分（送迎有）と交通の便も比較的良い。送迎は無料だが、ホテルの敷地外が待ち合わせ場所（税関を出た所ではなく、ターミナルビルを出たタクシー乗場附近で運転手がネームボードを持っている）なので、初めてだと分かり難い。 ホテルは比較的綺麗で無料Wi-Fiがあり便利だが、客室は至ってシンプル。冷蔵庫も無い。 朝食は無料とのことだったが、朝食時にレストランに係員が誰もおらず、結局外で食べる破目となった。

Very good hotel, kind staff. Airport transfer included. Room is very spacious with city view. The neighborhood seems a bit unsafe if you are a women.

Very friendly, well-run hotel in a slightly obscure neighborhood that nonetheless represents authentic Addis. Just be aware that you'll need a taxi to get to the museums unless you want to walk for 45+ minutes uphill (and at altitude, as Addis sits at about 7,000 feet above sea level. Still, it's a nice place to decompress, with a cool little balcony from which to check out the city.

Mostly good and very nice staff but poorly staffed during AM breakfast, internet only worked consistently in lobby area and their inability to take credit cards on the day of my check-out was a real hassle. Also hot water ran out unless you were fairly fast at showering. The neighborhood has a fair number of bars and nightclubs which at times were noisy.

Wudasie was wonderful to me
Incredible warm and personable customer service. I didn't have a flight out until 11 PM, and the manager made amazing accommodations for me to be comfortable while I was waiting. Enjoyed the room -- comfortable and welcoming.

The staff at Wudasi Castle are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located in a great area; within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. I would definitely go back!

the Wudasie is riddled online with excellent reviews about how nice and helpful the staff is .. and now we know why! smiles, hellos and always happy to help, above and beyond service standards anywhere. the included breakfast varies from buffet to made-to-order depending on the capacity of the hotel, but was always fresh and tasty. the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. as for some reports of noise, even our room above the street was not too noisy, even during Meskel. the area around the hotel feels very much like an active lively neighborhood, with plenty of "real" Ethiopian experiences for food, buna, etc. and the light rail stop is < 10 minutes away by foot. of course, like any hotel, there are bound to be little issues with this or that. but unlike any hotel, the staff was always open to patiently listen, then ready to resolve the problem. so while the Wudasie was definitely a splurge for us, the price was well worth it, if even just considering the rooms and amenities. and then add in the absolutely pleasant and helpful atmosphere created by the staff and it becomes a real treat! we hope the recent troubles in Ethiopia bring about some positive changes for everyone. take care and thanks again to Teddy, Dejen and the rest of the super staff! viva Wudasie!

Entire staff was very accomodating and offered genuine kindness. I recommend asking for the driver to guide you throughout the city. Hotel is quiet. Food is decent. Area has a few clubs and cultural restaurants.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Love all the new hard wood. The traffic can be a bit noisy outside, but it's not too bad. The staff are nice and the breakfast is decent. The internet is OK but not as fast as other hotels

Best Hotel In Addis Ababa
My stay at the Wudasie Castle Hotel was absolutely wondeful!! The staff were so warm and kind. I miss them already. The breakfast was delicious and is included in your hotel price. The rooms are so spacious, and one can see panoramic views of the city from his/her balcony. The beds are comfortable and there are flat screen televisions in every room. The Wudasie Castle Hotel is my second home and I will definitely stay there when I return to Addis Ababa.
