No me gusto. Le falta luz... al parqueo, a la habitación. Un hotel viejo, no han hecho mucho mantenimiento,mobiliario viejo sin renovar. Algo que rescatar la amabilidad del personal.

Convenient stay
Basic hotel, it’ll satisfy your need for sleep, shower, breakfast. Has tv and fridge. Air conditioning is very good. Busy area, great for a take-off to explore what downtown San Jose has to offer. If you’re looking for more than the basics, you have to look somewhere else. And pay more.

I lost my money I couldn't stay in the hotel, it seems like they stayed in the 70's, the damp ceilings, I felt very claustrophobic in that place, I had to go and pay for another hotel, it is not honest that there are photos that are not real, it did not last 20 minutes in the hotel .

We are honest and our photos are real; the size of the room depends on the price and we have different sizes and types of rooms according to your choice . We are sorry you didn’t tell our personal your concerns so we could have offer you a change of room in case you were not comfortable with it. The most important thing for us is our guests, so we would have tried to improve your stay.

The location is really good, clean and friendly customer service, only thing is no pool and traffic noise in the morning could be little annoying!

Regular. La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es muy pequeña, la cama suena mucho aun durmiendo solo. Poca comodidad para reunirse en función de trabajo. El Wifi es muy debiciente.

Lamentamos el inconveniente del ruido, pero por ser un hotel localizado en el corazón de la capital es imposible aislarlo del ruido, el ruido lo va a encontrar en cualquier capital del mundo. El Hotel si cuenta con restaurante abierto hasta las 2pm. Por otro lado, el Hotel al estar ubicado en la mejor zona de San José, se pueden encontrar gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares lo cual consideramos es mejor para nuestros huéspedes tener la oportunidad de poder visitar las opciones que ofrece el área. De igual manera agradecemos su comentario y su visita.

Rate convenience
Increasing of the rates taking advantage from Festival issue. My room doesn't accomplished with described in web page, despite a expedia.com representative called directly to hotel to reconfirm the reservation and the hotel guaranteed my 2 double beds, at check-in, never didn't. I complained with the hotel and they said there wasn't available rooms, a expedia.com representative contacted with hotel and also said there wasn't available rooms. At the end I had to paid extra $100.oo more to get the same room I asked for on the reservation. So, there was available rooms but the doesn't give it to me because the Festival issue, no matter I did my reservation three months ago. Disappointed❗

Low average; decent price
Came for dental treatment to S Jose. Hotel is near the Sabana Sur where dentist office is. Hotel is rather run-down, but the price is 'good'. A very average instillation that needs an upgrade.

Terrible sleeping experience. Sheets too small for the bed. The bathroom floor was damped and had water coming out all the time. We saw a small cockroach the first night and complained and asked for better bed sheets and next day they were the same ones.

Personal muy amable
El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, sobre avenida central. Es un hotel con instalaciones buenas (no de lujo, pero en buen estado) El personal es muy amable, en especial Mauricio y Griselda. El desayuno incluido podría mejorarse, ya que siempre es gallo pinto y huevo, pero a pesar de ello gracias a la amabilidad del personal, en nuestra estancia de una semana se ofrecieron a prepararnos otras cosas como hotcakes&sandwich... Una buena opción definitivamente.

Great old hotel with modern showers
