Started bad but ended up great.
It stated off really rough and un pleasant stay as I was on the 1st floor next to the entrance. First night there were loud drunk people making a lot of noise until 3:30 am. I could not sleep second night police was called on a drink women screening on the street for 2 hours. I stayed up will 2:30 am also. Next morning talked to the staff and they switched my room to 6th floor. Rest of the stay was wonderful. I gave there high review because the staff who was understanding and switched my room while I was out. Thanks so much for that.

Terrible service. Never going again.
Very disappointing. I went to trip alone for my operation. The receptionist was very rude older man. Not helpful at all. I was asking for restaurant cause there wasn't any in the hotel, even in the hotel discription says it is 😳 I got kind of laughed from receptionist and door man when I came in with McDonald's bag, and that time I decided to leave the hotel. After the day I had operation and I was in very bad condition, I called receptionist for ice. The same man told me they don't have ice and closed the phone to my ear. I decided to leave to another hotel so I collected my things and called to reception again and asked for taxi . He said to me that they don't have any available ones and asked me to go alone on the streets with my suitcase to catch taxi from somewhere! I have never been served like this before! Another old man came after in reception and helped me to get taxi. Thank you for that, but other than that, I would not recommend to stay here, especially not if you are young woman.

Die Lage ist ok gewesen. An der Sauberkeit müssen sie noch arbeiten. Das Frühstück ist einseitig gewesen, Obst war gar nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken, obwohl wir Nichtraucher waren. Aus dem Bad kam ein unerträglicher Geruch. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch mal buchen und empfehle es auch keinem.

This hotel have a great location , few steps to metro . There are so many restaurants , bakeries and grocery stores whatever you want you can find in this area . The hotel itself was so comfortable and clean with good breakfast and friendly staff.

I would not recommend this hotel. I wasn’t thrilled with this hotel before I even got there. I booked the hotel and requested to pay at the property. They decided to charge my credit card way before my trip and didn’t send me a receipt. The only way I knew they charged me credit card was because my credit card company contacted me about the charges. I contacted Orbitz and they said that was not supposed to happen. When I contacted to hotel I had to ask for a receipt and when I asked about why they charged me card they’re like, I can dispute it with my credit card company. Our room looked nothing like the pictures and housekeeping wasn’t great. The lock to our door broke. Instead of giving us a new room, maintenance told us that one person has to stay in the room at all times to let the other in until the next day when they could figure out how to fix it. I believe they charge you base on what country you come from. They have prices on the wall that say it’s in Turkish Lira but when you ask about the prices, they swear that’s the price in Euros, which I know is a lie. Ended up leaving this hotel and going to the Ramada up the street. The City Center Ramada was great!

Amazing. The boy on reception during 3 pm to 11 pm is very gentle speaks good english and very cooperative. Overall staff is always smiling and help you. The hotel is very much near to local conveyance. Since i am vegetarian i got many vegetarian stuff to eat in breakfast

Bra läge ca 50 meter till tunnelbana Osmanbey. Fint rum med bra städning. Litet duschrum där dörren satt tokigt men fungerar bra. Frukosten var också helt ok, saknade bacon och äggröra och naturell youghurt men det fanns annat att äta. Fräscht!
