We stayed at Rocabella hotel for our honeymoon and it was a GREAT experience. The front desk was so helpful. They helped us with dinner reservations and helped us with setting up a buggy for transportation around the island. The main pool was so comfy and beautiful. Very clean and felt very safe here. Thank you so much for our amazing stay!

Our stay at Rocabella Mykonos was great! The property is beautiful, lots of attention to detail. Even though they were working on the garage gate they made every effort for it to be quick and as little noise as possible. Staff were all great and attentive. Pool area lovely. We also got a nice room with a private pool which was a great surprise :) the food is very good... And we slept super well! Great quality linen. And lovely touch giving the little gift at turn down. We also got a bottle of wine as i am Gold Expedia member. The little things they have to work on that would make the experience perfect: we found for the price pe night we should have a bottle of water free daily and refills of coffee and tea bags also in the room. And lastly, i had little bottles of cream and conditioner in the room and when i asked if I could have the shampoo (won't lie love the Apitiva products and wanted to bring them home with me where I don't find them) i was told they don't put small bottles into the bathrooms and if i wanted any of those products I had to pay. So the only thing I found really strange and in the end gave up and left the products.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Mykonos. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing. We had the yogurt with fruits and honey, oats, omelette, kayanas, boiled egg, and espresso (favorite was the kayanas). The receptionist assisted us with getting in contact with a rental company. The rental company came to the hotel to drop off the car and also accommodated us so we can drop off the car in the port on the day of departure. The service in this hotel is exceptional and let me tell you how people ran to us to take our luggage. During the day you can enjoy in the daybeds overlooking the ocean. We went during the end of May so the water was very cold (many people still got in). The room was clean, spacious and we received complimentary water bottles.

This was a WOW ! property. Just what we were looking for. The best part was our room!! We would get up in the morning n see water from bed that was awesome. The staff were so so amazing and friendly. They were very helpful & treated us so nice. We met the owner Roy and she is a fantastic person. I will definitely go back there again. We highly recommend this place to everyone. The first night we arrived at the Rocabella hotel in Mykonos was probably the worst out of our stay. We were greeted by a rude receptionist (Evans), who sat us down in the restaurant for a welcoming drink, which was yellow coloured water. After around 10 minutes of waiting, I got up to see what was happening with our check in process and was told to go and sit back down and wait a little longer. Finally, 10 minutes later we were then escorted to our room by the same rude receptionist. The very same rude receptionist (Evans) was very insulting and eventually caused a bit of an argument where we told him repetitivily to stop being rude and leave us alone in our room, he then left slamming the room door. Throughout the first night stay, there was a loud banging sound coming from outside of the room, it was extremely loud. I got up to investigate and found that a door outside near the room was faulty, and kept opening and slamming shut because of the wind. I had to use a plank of wood that I found to wedge it open, so the wind wouldn’t keep slamming it shut. Finally, 3am I managed to get to sleep! All in all, the hotel is on a beautiful island with beautiful views, we will definitely come back as long as Evans doesn’t work there anymore. All that Rocabella needs is a shift in its staff. The breakfast staff including the hotel driver are what made my time at the Rocabella hotel bareable.

Very pretty hotel!
This is a small and very pretty hotel! It has amazing decor and staff were very helpful and friendly, we were on the last days before the hotel closed for the season and they even let us checked out 2 hours later. It is located 10 min from the airport aprox and about 6min from the ferry port. Definitely recommended!

Excellent Mykonos Retreat
Had an amazing time at this lovely hotel, I feel like what set this place apart was the customer service and the great attitudes of all of the staff. We arrived and were upgraded to a suite, they arranged our car rental as well. Food was fantastic, room was clean. Overall just a very nice stay.

Schönes Hotel, sehr sauber, gute Sicht auf Delos und das Meer. Guter Poolbereich und alles schön gestaltet. Überdurchschnittlich teuer was Zusatzleistungen anbetrifft (Shuttlebus in die Stadt, ca 10‘ Fahrt €25/Weg). Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit, aber leider nur auf Anfrage und nie proaktiv. Es fehlt an Aufmerksamkeit. Der Fahrer allerdings ist superfreundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

The Highlight Of Our Vacation in Greece
The Rocabella Mykonos Hotel is special because of the incredible team that runs it. The property is equally gorgeous with a panoramic view and our room was so comfortable and perfect. We stayed in Santorini and Athens after our stay here and honestly nothing compared to our experience here. We were lucky enough to meet Julia, Nico the Office Manager and Nico at the bar, the twin drivers - Stavros and Nico, Athena at the restaurant and the lovely women who looked after our room. This hotel deserves all of the fabulous reviews that it has received. It was hard to leave as we felt we were saying goodbye to family. We felt lucky to have stayed at the Rocabella Mykonos Hotel and it will be our first stop when we return to Mykonos.

Amazing property - the employees are so friendly and helpful - especially ATHENA!! This hotel is quiet, beautiful, romantic, classy, and unique. It really captures the "greek islands" feeling and has a view like no other, an awesome pool, THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, and even the driver to town is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel - not one thing to complain about. We booked during covid and purposely chose a place with a pool, a personal jacuzzi, a restaurant,and a spa, - just in case the town was too crowded or not open etc. This hotel has it all! Athena was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, beach suggestions, and even just fun chats about Greek culture. The Breakfast was one of the best ever - the yogurt and fresh food and made to order meals - wow was first class!! You will not be disappointed in anything about this hotel - its worth every penny! (oh and I should share that we live in Hawaii and are very picky about hotels - we have beautiful hotels here - very high standards - the Rocabella is definitely one of the most unique and beautiful hotels. I would recommend!

Wow! This place is just beyond outstanding. From the personalized service to the excellent communication, this resort is just a level above. Lets skip the fact that they upgraded our room on arrival to the honeymoon suite, the staff at Roccabelle was so kind, eager to please, and welcoming that i seriously considered extending our vacation, just to hang out a little longer. I can't say enough about this place. If youve read this review, just book it and get ready to be impressed.

Great looking, but horrible service and overpriced
Completely overpriced. The hotel looks great, clean, comfy and the staff were all nice. However the staff seemed to have no training in service management and the service was slow, tardy and all in all horrible. Seems to start at the top as we made comments to management, but did not improve anything other than more “attention”. Some examples; we had to wait 45 minutes for drinks, food in the same order would come at completely different times (1. One of two Drinks, 2. One of two dishes, 3. The second drink would arrive when the first dish was already finished by one of us, then finally 4. The second drink would arrive - this was not a one off). Room service took 1,5 hours(!) after several calls to ask what was going on, and keep in mind; there’s only 30-40 ppl there at full capacity.. the hotel is fairly remote and taxis are hard to come by as per Mykonos. The driver of the hotel is however SUPER friendly and gets a massive shout out! The hotel does look better in pictures (especially from the pool, as there is a road directly in front of the “infinity pool”). The breakfast was good but not great. Spa and massage was very good but of course pricey (as to be expected in Mykonos). There are several other options in Mykonos - especially in the price range they have the audacity to operate in, and will definitely not be coming back to this one. Even more disappointed as we have visited the sister hotel in Santorini - which by the way is amazing.

L’hôtel est récent et très design, bien intégré dans le paysage. Il est bien situé car proche du vieux port (et du nouveau si vous prenez un ferry pour une autre île). Les chambres, tout comme le reste du site, sont très design dans un style minimaliste.

Schöne Hotelanlage im Boutique-Stil. Pool mit grossartiger Aussicht auf Meer und Mykonosstadt. Leider kann der Service jedoch nicht mithalten. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist wohl kaum vom Fach und schlecht ausgebildet, Bestellungen gehen vergessen. Wichtig: nicht auf Transfer-Angebot des Hotels verlassen! Wir hatten den Privat-Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen am Vortag auf spezifische Zeit reserviert. Anscheinend ging der Transfer dann jedoch vergessen, es kam jedenfalls kein Taxi oder Shuttle. Dann sprang mit mehr als 30 Minuten Verspätung der Shuttle des Hotels ein, der zuerst anfahren musste und nach eigener Angabe nicht informiert war. Dies ist doch ärgerlich, da uns der Transfer für einen Weg (6km, c. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit) mit €50.- berechnet wurde. Als Hotels.com Gold-Vorteil wird aufgeführt, dass man falls verfügbar einen Late-Ceckout am Abreisetag anfragen kann. Dies haben wir getan und die Receptionistin bot uns an um 13 Uhr auszuchecken, da das Zimmer danach wieder belegt sei. Darauf hatten wir uns eingestellt. Am Abreisetag wurden wir dann jedoch mehrfach im Zimmer angerufen und gebeten, doch schon um 11 Uhr das Zimmer zu verlassen. Dies ist ärgerlich, wenn man sich anders darauf eingestellt hat.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were friendly and assisted out every weds. The rooms were a little small but manageable. The hot tub outside our room was perfect for our honeymoon. Once again beautiful property which is 15min drive from town and the staff was amazing!!!

They sent us a text prior to our arrival to arrange for transport. The driver was there and waiting. Upon our arrival to the hotel,we were pleasantly greated and offered a delicious beverage as they were preparing our room and checking us in. The hotel is simply beautiful. It is very clean and the staff is very accomodating.

This place was great. We got the room with a hot tub and view. The staff was so friendly it was almost creepy. They really take care of you. You are located about a mile from old town Mykonos. There is a beach, market, and scooter/ATV/car rental (they will pick you up), about 700 meters down the road. The walk to the beach/market is sketchy bc you are on the main narrow road. Overall this place was pretty awesome. Their "continental" breakfast wasn't that good. I think they want you to pay for their overpriced breakfast. Unless you have a vehicle or want to walk to the market for some food is up to you. The market does have a deli. If you want to pay extra for a hotel near a crowded beach where you have to pay 50 euro for a cabana is travelers choice. I would probably stay here again.

Stunning place, service average.
The hotel is an amazing place, with excellent rooms and facilities such as the pool such a dream. Everything was very clean and would recommend the rooms to anyone. The service was very poor, especially at breakfast, it was hard work trying to get the right order across to the staff. The choice of food was very limited for breakfast and lunch. It sounds picky, but there wasnt even a choice of french fries or pizza (which you need after a hard night). The location is a little away from the town so can expensive using the taxis. Overall its a lovely place but the service and food wasnt great for us.

Beautiful modern hotel
This is a truly gorgeous-looking hotel. The pool, restaurant, and bar area is an Instagrammer's dream. Our room was cozy, and clean with amazing ocean views and the hot tub created a perfect end to each evening with a sweeping overlook of the town lights. The staff were friendly and made us feel completely welcome. Highly recommended.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, it is a small hotel so they get to know you and know what you like. The pool has a great vibe and the rooms are very confortable. It is an awesome place! Totally recommended.

Un peu surpris par tant de commentaires si positif de cet hôtel. Pour avoir essayé deux hôtels 5 étoiles lors de notre séjour à Mykonos , celui ci ne les mérite absolument pas. Un service plutôt limité, une petite piscine à débordement qui ne l’est pas vraiment, donnant sur des poteaux et des fils électriques (attention photos mensongères de l’hôtel) La présence d’une route en contrebas laissant passer plusieurs voitures/camions. Chambre petite elle aussi, pas du tout insonorisée, assez typique mais pas du tout au standing d’un hôtel 5 étoiles : frigo vide, jacuzzi qui est en réalité est transformé en bain, un tapis de bain IKEA. Un important vis-à-vis. Le déjeuner près de la piscine est très pauvre en choix. C’est dans les détails que l’on reconnaît un hôtel 5 étoiles et non par son prix.

Renovated in 2019 Rocabella is a 5* Boutique property and it is our belief that our pricing is more than fair and a very good value for money compering to the competition in the island. The overwhelming majority of our guests' feedback is in total contrast with your opinion as they believe that our 5* are more than deserved. Our website, as every Hotels website, features a professional photoshooting, however in our social media pages you can find a lot of ours or guests photos, not photoshopped, that could have helped you more.  Reading your comments we think you haven't spent a lot of time in Rocabella as our (100% infinity) pool is one of the biggest in the island and our service has received very positive comments. All of our rooms are regular size and totally soundproof. It is the first time in all these years of our operation that a guest mentions that the rooms are not soundproof and this might be the case because you broke the door during your stay. The mini fridge was empty due to COVID precautions and this is something we explained to you during the check in procedure. This is a precaution that every Hotel takes this year, provided that operates legally and follows the suggestions of the Ministry of Tourism.  Thank you again for your review, Kind Regards

Presque pas de placards et rangements inexistants. Personnel agréable mais débordé, service très long et pas coordonné ( on commande les boissons à l'un et les plats du petit dej à un autre...), carte riquiqui, plats pas bons, voisins très bruyants, et piscine glaciale
