Am Empfang mussten wir 10 Minuten warten bis dieser besetzt war, das Gleiche auch bei der Abreise. Preis Leistung stimmt hier meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr. Offene Kabel im Flur, fehlende Bilder. Kein Bademantel und Hausschuhe (wie angegeben) auf dem Zimmer. Wer Service und Komfort sucht, sollte weiter in die Innenstadt gehen. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Kleines feines Hotel in historischem Gebäude. Top modernisiert, Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichter. Direkt am Main, super zum joggen, Radfahren oder spazieren gehen. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit großem Biergarten.

Beautiful hotel next to the river, with a park and walking trail to enjoy. The restaurant was very good. The room was excellent! A short drive to the airport made this a perfect hotel for a visit to Frankfurt.

Amazing! Staffs were super nice and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet area, this is the perfect location next to the park. Easy and beautiful 30 min walk to downtown.

I do love this place. Great room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the river. Room is very well appointed, with a Nespresso machine, Bluetooth speaker and Samsung smart TV. There are some restrictions on place at the moment and they are not serving the usual excellent breakfast.I'd think twice about going for the breakfast included option, for the time being.

Perfect for a weekend stay
Lovely, beautifully decorated room. The bathroom was up to date with walk-in rain shower and nice vanity. Plenty of closet space and in-room safe. Sparse continental breakfast at the front desk apparantly due to COVID-19. Restaurant had a diverse menu with an excellent wine list. Service at dinner was great. Location on the Main River was beautiful, especially at night with a view of Frankfurt.

Schönes traditionsreiches Gebäude in ansprechender Lage direkt am Main. Gutes superior Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Main. Leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Hier sollte wieder mal investiert werden… der Beistelltisch war voller Flecken und über den Teppich mochten wir nicht Barfuß laufen. Sehr freundliches Personal besonders im Restaurant und an der Bar im Biergarten! Die Damen am Empfang waren aus unserer Sicht nicht sonderlich kompetent. Auf unsere Frage hin, welche vergleichbaren Zimmer es zu dem bereits gebuchten Zimmer im Hause gibt, konnte keine Auskunft gegeben werden. Wortlaut: „Alle Doppelzimmer sind gleich…“ Die Steigerung zu dieser Inkompetenz kam dann nach dem Schichtwechsel in den Abendstunden. Auf unsere Frage an die Empfangsdame, ob sie bitte ein Foto von uns im Foyer machen könnte, kam ein unfreundliches „nein“. - Unglaublich! Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, wer diese Person denn sei, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es angeblich die Geschäftsführerin ist. Alles in allem aber ein toller Aufenthalt bis auf die Damen in falscher Position!

I did not use the travel insurance and could not keep the hotel visit. The hotel was very nice and offered to change the date or just leave it open and paid for, for future need. Travelocity informed me that the hotel declined to support the plan directly offered to me. Who to believe? The policy does clearly state there is no Plan-B. With no insurance, you lose your payment. C-19, hospitalisation, what ever. Buy the insurance or lose the payment. Even if the hotel wants to help, they can’t.

Good location for the dig and us. Local restaurants by the river are close by. Reasonably well maintained park next door.

The Location is great. The park next to the hotel is so much cleaner than in the city proper. The staff are very responsive to guest needs. I have a dog and the pet rooms are maintained very well. The complementary breakfast offer is appreciated but is a tad lean. Hot croissants are very nice, but a little butter or jam would be so nice.

Unique. Artistic. Well staffed except by the front desk. There was one over tasked person at the desk. We were not in a rush but is a two person job being done by one person enough? No.

Since, it was my first time in Frankfurt, Germany therefore I wanted to stay somewhere chic and unique for its hospitality. Hotel is unique in many ways such as being near to city river flowing by, neat rooms, excellent service and restaurant is one of the best in city(check out reviews). Main attractions are not that far from hotel. So much to explore, eat and wander around. Overall, had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it!

Delightful in every way! Beautiful building inside and out, great ambiance throughout the hotel, comfy room with crisp bedding, spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming staff, great views from the restaurant... I have only positive things to say about our two-night stay here and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Little touches put it over the top—like interesting books in the rooms (we had one on design-led hotels that I enjoyed) and swings hanging from the tree out front. I would gladly return for another stay.

IMPRESSIVE
The hotel situated just beside a river and a park all along the river, very nice. It is a very quiet and pleasant area, and yet not far from city, just about 30 mins walk or even less. I had a very pleasant walk along the river to the city. The design and layout of the hotel, as well as the room(junior suite) we were staying are impressive. The only thing was the breakfast, I think it was pricy based on the type food served. Would definitely come back!

The hotel was clean & neat, modern & classical with all staff offering excellent customer service throughout our stay. The barman was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a good menu with pleasant friendly staff. Definitely will book again if travelling to Frankfurt.
