Great for the price. Might seem expensive but for last minute peak season was actually quite reasonable. Yes the facilities are older but they are clean and functional. Staff were very accommodating for our late arrival request with no fuss or drama. A toaster &/or microwave would have been great to have but not included. Also the freezer section of the mini fridge did not work so we lost some ice creams. Both at minor things.

The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We received a room upgrade that was a lovely surprise.

The bedsheets, doona covers and pillow covers smell bad. There were also a lot of stains on the carpet.

Clean and Tidy
Stayed in hotel for business trip and it was clean, tidy and easy to get to. Friendly service. Limited menu for dinner.

Stayed here because there was a stuff up with the accommodation we'd actually booked. It was a bit further than we ideally wanted to be from the ski fields, but at least it had a last minute vacancy! Warm, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff.

Everything was great staff very helpful and great to deal with.. had to change our booking from 4 to 3 nights at short notice.. very understanding and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean throughout. Would recommend to all.

Business Stay
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and will do so in the future. Whilst very basic, the rooms are clean and have all that is needed for an overnight business stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant is not open on Friday nights. They don't offer breakfast. It would be helpful if there was a toaster in the room.

A warm, toasty feeling.
We arrived late at night but the management had the room all heated, arrival lights on, door to the room unlocked with key, and some snacks awaiting our arrival. Room did the accommodation job for our ski trip and helped make it a memorable weekend.

Really nice people
The room was a really good size, very clean and well set up. The only criticism would be that the heating was set to high and couldn't be turned down. It was a bit hot for comfortable sleeping. A small negative to a very positive experience.

Great value drop in or stay
Older style motel, very clean and in very good condition considering the age. Stayed one night and traveled to Thredbo the next day for first tracks. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok, was offered a downstairs room for an extra 11 dollars, if you wanted return clientele who were quoted a price online would you really ask for extra $11? I don't think so.

Dear guest. The upgrade was a WOTIF SPECIAL to upgrade from a Budget Room to a Superior Room for about half the normal price. It has proven to be an extremely popular offer. I am sorry that you did not understand it.

Staff friendly and helpful asked for microwave put in room without a problem staff know the area and able to offer suggestions needs renovation but is very clean and tidy and good value for money staff member Kim recommended exservicemen club for a meal and was ideal huge meals on offer for very reasonable prices nice friendly Environment around the whole area

Nice motel not far fro centre of Cooma.
Very friendly manager, room was very clean but lacked things like a toaster and microwave and not enough milk for coffee, needed plates for having food in the room.

Clean and convenient
Had booked the Basic Double Room online but curiously was 'strongly encouraged' at check in to pay for an upgrade to a 'more comfortable standard room' as owner did not want to disappoint! So, maybe avoid the tempting basic double room price as room has no air con, is upstairs and has a lesser quality bedding. Upgraded room didn't disappoint. Plenty of food outlets within walking distance of the motel.

Nice Motel, close to shops and cafes
We were only passing through and stayed only 1 night. The room was very pleasant and very clean and it was really good to be able to have my dog stay in the room. Parking was good and the room was nice and quiet.
