위치도 좋고 아파트도 이뻐요. 엘리베이터가 고전 영화에서나 볼 법한 거라서 신기했어요. 차 마시려고 전기포트 사용하려고 했는데 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하지 못한거만 빼고 모두 만족스러웠어요

강추합니다!
구도심, 직물시장 등 구시가지와 대단히 가깝고..시설도 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 바로 밑에 식료품점도 있어 여러모로 이용에 편리합니다. 다시 크라코프를 가게되면 또 이용하고 싶은 곳으로 강추합니다.

First time in Poland and my favourite city so far . These apartments are right off the square stunning clean and everything you could need . Breakfast in the local restaurant was well worth it . Loved everything about these apartments and location we will be back

The location was great! The rooms great but…..when we made the reservations I specifically told them we were in our 60’s and 70’s and had issues with stairs. The stairs were horrible and there was not a life in the one building so this was a real issue for us and hauling luggage. This is a place for much younger tourists!

Apartment was in a great location, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, i arrived early hours of the next morning due to a very long delay with the flights but there was no issues and staff very friendly and understanding

Beautiful apartments
Beautiful apartments & just one blockfrom old town square. Staff very friendly. Only downfall wasthe noise at 5am. Think it was deliveries. Apart from that, it was all fine. Very nice breakfast too.

This property is in an excellent location! I have stayed here multiple times and each time has been great. The apartments are clean well equipped. I would recommend this property highly!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying with Antique Apts. I wouldn’t rate it as quiet, as there seemed to be a lot of coming and going late at night, but not the company’s fault. Just know that it’s a semi-noisy little area of Krakow. Super easy to get to the Square & pleeeeeenty of great places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé, grande chambre, propre , restaurant accessible, le seul inconvénient c est qu il n y a pas d ascenseur. Si vous réservez au premier étage c est 5/5 cette hôtel

The apartment was very spacious, and clean, comfortable, and in great location, the only issue was that there was no air conditioning.

NO LIFT
The apartments are great, location fantastic, attached restaurant for breakfast great value, however we were on the 5th Floor of Block C - NO LIFT, the listing says there is a lift but it doesn't specify what block that is in - there are 3 blocks to my knowledge - I have an injury at the moment but didn't think I needed to request an accessible room as a lift is stated on the facilities! Carrying 20KG up 5 flights of steps, well my husband did (2 flights each floor) was sole destroying, thinking of popping back to the room during the day - no thanks I couldn't face the flights of stairs, did request another room upon check in nothing was available - you really need to up date your listing as guests need the full information - only saving grace was that the apartment had Air Con many did not and if climbing the stairs in 31 degrees wasn't bad enough I think having no air con would have literally finished me off! Also during 4 night stay no towel change or room cleaning!

No Elevator in Block B and Block C which makes it a challenge to access the rooms on the top floors (like 4th and 5th floor) as the only way is through stairs which are pretty steep..... highly inconvenient. Rest in terms of cleanliness, location and staff is good.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was outstanding. Nice apartment, large bedroom. The kitchen left a bit to be desired though, with almost no counter space and a stove top in need of replacement. And there was construction on-going the whole stay loud.

Moderne weisse Möbel, ausreichende Küchenzeile incl. Mikrowelle und Toaster. Unter dem Dach sichtbare Dachbalken und kleiner Balkon mit Sessel. Trotz der Hitzeetage im Juli war es angenehm kühl dank der Klima-anlage. Für meine Hunde standen schon 2 Schüsseln bereit. Manko: derzeit kein Lift

Terrible communication and very disappointing outcome
I have given a poor review despite never having stayed at the property because unfortunately my flight was cancelled by airline and I booked this stay last year before the Covid-19 pandemic and therefore booked with genuine belief I would be travelling to Poland. I emailed property to ask to rearrange stay however the property did not answer this email. Eventually I was contacted and told there would be no refund or opportunity to rearrange stay. Considering the recent world pandemic I would have thought they would have been more accommodating. When I do eventually travel to Poland I will not be booking a stay at this property.

Apartamenty kuszą zdjęciami nie mającymi nic wspólnego z pokojem jaki się otrzymuje . Np apartament studio to obskurny, ciemny , mały pokój na 4 pietrze bez windy. Gdzie stare meble jak na stancji lub pokoju u starszej pani odstraszają jakakolwiek chęć pobytu. Dopiero po dopłaceniu na miejscu do apartamentu w wyższym standardzie wyjazd nie skończył się katastrofa. Śniadanie smaczne. Lokalizacja świetna bardzo blisko rynku. Parking w apartamencie to pojęcie mocno naciągane. Jest to oddalony o 1km prywatny parking wiec nie polecam przyjeżdżać z dużym bagażem a następnie robić sobie wycieczkę przez miasto aby potem wnosić na 4 piętro bez windy.
