Good evening,I am very sorry to have to respond to this negative review.At check-in you claimed to have booked with breakfast, but we were booked through Expedia on a room only basis. I asked you to look for the email with the chosen treatment, but you had no email confirming this.We therefore gave you a discount on breakfast for the children.I was present at the check-in and we informed you, as we do with all customers, that there would be tax to pay on departure. On the day of check-out, after several of your misunderstandings and disappointment at having to pay them, I decided, taking it upon myself to write off the sojourn tax and not make you pay it.I am really sorry after that to read a review like this, we tried very hard to meet your needs.We hope to have you as our guests again.Kind regards,

Dear Mr. McGuire,we are sorry to hear that unfortunately you have not been sent a refund by expedia.The booking never reached our system as it was already midnight.Upon hearing that her colleague had told her to cancel the expedia booking, we thought the refund was automatic.Prior to reading your review no refund request had come from either you or expedia's portal; as had we known we would have refunded your credit card as we are actually doing today.We ask you to provide us with your email to send the screen shot of the cancellation and refund.

Dear Deniz, thank you for your review.We know that sometimes few prostitutes came out in the night time...I think this is not single place in the world that this happened...but this is only during the night and out of our property so, we cannot do much more and till today nothing bad happened to our guests or other people walking on the sidewalk
