not recommending this hotel.
Terrible experience when I brought my car... 1. Hard to access to the hotel (needed to pass 2 or 3 limited areas) 2. After check in, I need to drive the limited areas again to park my car which is away from the hotel with additional cost. Breakfast was never afford 13 euros per person at all... After shower in the bath, I needed to clean up water from the bath....

Dear guest, yes for security reasons, the city of Aix-en-Provence has decided to make the city center, the entire city center, a pedestrian zone to avoid attempt by car. The nearest parking is 250m from the hotel : 3 to 5 min by walking. It is public underground park so yes there is an additionnal cost for the company who run that one. Best regards

위치가 정말 좋았구요, 직원분들이 정말 친절 하셨습니다. 다른분들 후기가 너무 좋아 예약했는데 예약하길 잘 했어요. 그리고 건물이 오래되어서 오리지널리티를 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 저희는 제일 기본 방, 맨 위층이었는데 풍경이 너무 좋아서 또 나름대로 만족했네요!

위치도 좋고 친절하고 청결해요!
일단 숙소 직원분들이 진짜 다 너무 친절하시고 객실 자체도 깨끗하고 편해서 좋았어요~. 방도 넓고 화장실도 넓고 상태가 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치도 좋았어요. 기차역도 걸어서 6분정도 거리고, 세잔아틀리에도 그렇고 다 가까워서 걸어다닐 수 있어요. 그리고 한국어를 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 한국인분들이 엑상 프로방스에서 장기투숙을 할거라면 이 호텔이 좋을 것 같아요~ 저는 1박만 머물렀지만 직원분들도 친절하고 방도 좋아서 할 수 있다면 더 머물고 싶었어요ㅋㅋㅋ

프랑스의 가장 오래된 도시인 액상프로랑스에 시내에 위치한 Hotel로서 중세 시대의 건물을 리 모델링한 건물의 느낌으로 교통, 식사 , 쇼핑등이 아주 편리하였습니다.

Hôtel très bien situé et au calme. La literie est cependant à remplacer de tout urgence !! Mal de dos au réveil assuré grâce aux ressorts du matelas qui a vécu. C’est dommage car sinon il n’y a rien à redire. Pour le prix je m’attendais à mieux. Dommage.

On our arrival, we were greeted by a male staff member who was exceptionally friendly & welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with historical details & relics from its convent history. Our room was very big & comfortable with 2 window looking directly onto the street. The location was fabulous, close to restaurants, shops & transport links. Slight gripes with the bathroom. The shower needs updated- the mixer flow isn't consistent with the temperature so you can suddenly have too hot or cold water coming through. The water flow is weak also. Plus, the towels are pretty hard & thin. Would be nice to have soft, fluffy towels. On the plus side, dressing gowns, slippers & nice toiletries were on hand. We only had breakfast on the first morning, which at 15 euros each, we felt was overpriced. There wasn't an awful lot of selection & there seemed to be a delay in replenishing items. No hot items except a do it yourself boiled egg machine. My husband used this & the egg was in for 15 mins & was still liquid. Would be better to mass boil eggs for guests. Lastly, the staff member in the dining room was run off his feet so the receptionist was in helping him to the detriment of people standing at reception. Apart from these few gripes, it really is a lovely hotel & would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. I did not give 5 stars because the double bed was 2 singles beds push together and this is annoying Also no shower curtain in the tub. Basically you watering the floor !

A huge disappointment
The room was "deluxe", but was hot with non-functioning air conditioner. Room was situated in the first floor beside the elevator, so along the late evening it was very noisy. Also many things in the bathroom were broken. If this would have been 100 euros cheaper, it would have gone, but the price-quality relation was poor. Only the location was ok.

Chambre vétuste et énormément de moustiques. D'ailleurs les murs de la chambre portait les traces de ces derniers. Pas de couette seulement un drap, un peu léger bien que le mois de septembre soit encore chaud. Petite bouteille d'eau disponible pour 4€. Je ne recommande pas malgré que cet hôtel soit idéalement placé dans la vieille ville d'Aix-en-Provence

In the center of town. Close to dining, sites, parking etc. Secure parking garage within walking distance. Very safe location. The hotel room was very clean. AC works, but cool to a certain internal setting. Breakfast not included with cost. Need to inform them that you don’t want breakfast or you get charged.

Excellent emplacement, personnel délicieux. Néanmoins, une bague disparue, ainsi qu'un tee shirt Dior d'une valeur d'achat de 1000 €. Une baignoire sale, du calcaire dans la cuvette des toilettes, une applique luminaire à 1 cm du plafond (risque d'un arc électrique) des miettes sur la moquette, un coffre fort non fixé dans les règles au sol, et 6 moteurs de clim devant les fenêtres, pour une chambre de luxe à 256€ la nuit. Nous avons également signalé vos remarques à nos équipes pour vérification. En cas d'insatisfaction, ne pas hésiter à demander le passage d'un personnel d'étage pour un complément de ménage même en journée. Vous avez séjourné dans une grande chambre avec des arches du XVème siècle et malheureusement les clim apparentes en extérieur sont inévitables dans le centre historique aixois. Conveniently located. On the minus side, dated decor and the pictures on the Web gave the impression of staying in a church. However, this is limited to one wall. The room itself was small and the decor dated. In principle it was nice to have a terrace. However, the many pigeons made it unusable (there was a hose and a squeegee, but we were not to clean the terrace ourselves).

Terrific location and staff could not be friendlier or more helpful! Chloe in particular was a shining light - fabulous restaurant suggestions (and we are challenging), arranged a private vineyard tour with little notice, smile never left her face. Roman was also wonderful. All is all the best of the 4 hotels our France tour has had us at. Room worked and bathroom was lovely. Thank you!

They have retained the historic features of the original convent and combined them with modern charm and warmth. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. It is located in the heart of the old section of Aix and near to almost everything.

We LOVED our stay here the property is beautiful and the perfect location to walk all over Aix. Right off the Cours Mirabeau but in the most beautiful, picturesque small street of Aix. The staff was lovely and the room was comfy and cute.
