Nice and helpful staff; area is noisy you can’t sleep with open windows like we do ; if you like Air Conditioning then you close the windows and you hear nothing; the available breakfast at the restaurant is very very limited.

Hôtel agréablement kitch à Beyrouth

Hôtel bien situé à la décoration un peu kitch. Personnel accueillant, wifi ok, petit déjeuner buffet convenable, chambre confortable et agréable piscine sur le toit. La seule chose que je pourrais reprocher est le prix du transfert de l'aéroport, il est possible de trouver bien moins cher mais en dehors de ça, je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel.

In general I have enjoyed my stay , however , I got disappointed when I realized that they do not accept credit cards for their spa , which is so weird to me . Overall the my experience was positive.

No worry once you get into the hotel. Food and service excellent. Rooms are very quiet in spite of the vibrant street life in Hamra. Personnel has the right behavior balance between being ready to help and not being too intrusive. Room service is fast and reliable. If I scratch lmy head to find a topic for unhappiness, the only small thing that I can think of is the fact that euros cannot be changed at the counter, but it may be the same in all hotels in Beirut.

excellent customer service- we were going to miss the breakfast we have paid for (given we were leaving very early to the airport) so we were allowed to have the breakfast at check-in! the lady at check-in was very professional and showed excellent customer service skills.

I didn't like the front desk girl at the check in. She was looking at her computer without getting any attention to us. Even she knows we are standing by for the check in. Even didn't bother to say Hi. Also after handling her the reservation through expedia informed us has to wait because the reservation isn't in the system yet. We have a paper printed reservation shewed it to her but insisted to wait instead of check us in and get the details later on.

The decor was unique—old-fashioned in contrast to so many contemporary hotels. They kindly upgraded us to an Executive suite so we had lots of room. Most importantly, the room was incredibly quiet despite being in the middle of Hamra. Staff were very friendly and spoke English very well.
