코모에 있는 진짜 추천 호텔 !!!
코모에 있는 정말 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 호텔내 주차는 정말 안전합니다. 그리고 위치도 좋아서 코모 구경하기에 더 할 나위없이 좋은 것 같습니다.

Un bellissimo antico Hotel. Un posizione perfetto e belle camere. Un parcheggio sorvegliato e la mattina alle cinque un merlo cantante che da il suo concerto per tutta la piazza Vittoria.

Good and would recommend
Overall had a good experience and would recommend. The staff was super friendly and room was spacious and nice looking. Wifi wasn’t the best and that’s the only con.

Die Besetzung des Check In war gut. Sehr Aufmerksam. Der Barkeeper, auch zuständig für das Frühstücksbuffet ist - gelinde gesagt- urlaubsreif. Völlig überfordert und irgendwie hat er es noch nicht verstanden, dass der Hotelgast der König ist. Katastrophe. Das Zimmer sehr klein und das Bad - winzig - nur über eine Treppe im Zimmer - ca 10 Treppenstufen- erreichbar. Mal ganz witzig für eine Nacht, trotzdem, das geht einfach nicht. Die ganze Nacht hat die Heizung laute Geräusche gemacht, die sich nicht abstellen lassen. Katastrophe. Bitte nicht Zimmer 115 buchen. Ansonsten war alles OK😏

Firstly the staff were excellent, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is tired and needs some investment. My room had damp through the wall to the side of the bed from the bathroom shower, not acceptable. For just one night the room was ok, nice to have tea facilities in the room. The shower gel and soap were just enough for a small child not an adult. Take your own.

El hotel tiene unas habitaciones de buen tamaño, nos ayudaron a resguardar nuestras maletas antes del chek in, el botones del hotel, creo que se llama Billy, era una persona super amable. Lastima que solo estuve una noche, pero es un lugar super recomendable en Como.

A great disappointment
Very disappointing hotel. Room was lit by three lamps which did not provide sufficient light and it was difficult to read in the room. The lamps took most of the plugs. One plug was broken so little ability to charge phones etc. Bath was not cleaned by maids after we had used it. It was a spa bath and the chrome covers on the jets fell off exposing grubby plastic underneath. Breakfast was poor. Not enough tables laid up. Staff were slow to do this and bring hot drinks. Supplies ran out and were not replaced without asking staff some of whom had a poor attitude. In a rather old fashioned way we had to leave our key with reception when we went out. If there was no one there we had to leave it in a tray where anyone could take it from which made us uneasy. There was a leak in the corridor leading to our room. Although a bucket was there it didn’t catch the water and there was a puddle on the floor all of our 4 night stay. In addition laundry was left propping open a door to the stairs for a couple of days.

Good hotel in Como Centrum
Hotel is Nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is Good with a lot of choices. Early in The morning there was an alarm, personale was there to help us. The only thing is We do not know How to opdrage the aircondition😊 or Else everything is Ok.

Very helpful front desk staffs. Best location to old town of Como. Walkable but far from both main rail and boat stations.

My stay experience
Service was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The bed creaks extremly loud which is inconvenient for a light sleeper like myself. You have to call for a iron and press which was inconvenient and they take it back after your use. Staff is great though.

Old Como hotel
The oldest hotel in Como and some of the rooms are just that! Booked for parking on our road trip, supposed to be 4* hotel but rooms on offer were awful. 1 couple had to pay large amount to move to a room with daylight (windows had black plastic bin bags taped to them as no curtains). Our room we couldn’t get into the shower, as the shower door doesn’t open enough to let you in. I’m a size 14 so not huge! Pool is cold and not in the sun and looks nothing like the photos. The bar is limited and shuts dead on 10pm. Didn’t use the restaurant as we were so disappointed in this booking. When spoke to the reception the response was well you booked the rooms! Would definitely NOT recommend at all!

Avons été très mal accueillis par le plus âgé dès réceptionniste. On nous a montré l’ascenseur de loin et personne n’a pris nos bagages. La chambre était vieillotte, il y avait une malheureuse bouteille d’eau dans une chambre à 4 personnes et trois verres (vieux mobilier, vieille couverture, baignoire qui ne se vidait pas mais quand même bon matelas). Très très bruyant : Aucune isolation phonique, autant pour la porte que pour les fenêtres. Petit déjeuner qui n’est pas réapprovisionné une heure avant sa fermeture. Heureusement le concierge et le personnel du petit déjeuner était gentil et compétant. Il n’est pas compréhensible que cet établissement affiche 4 étoiles … Bien que la situation de l’hôtel soit idéale, nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Beautiful old hotel. We needed a last minute one night stay so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we’d have liked. They were able to book us an early morning taxi to the train station (hard to do in Como) and packed us breakfast to go. Only complaint was the shower- took forever to get hot water and then it got too hot and couldn’t adjust it to comfortable temp. A maintenance item. We’d definitely stay there again.

The bathroom tub didn’t have a shower curtain or something like it, so showering was uncomfortable and inconvenient. The AC didn’t cool down the room very well. It also didn’t feel like the cleanest room. There are probably better options for a similar price.

Ideally situated hotel with a lost soul
The hotel has changed ownership 2021 and you can feel it. Staff is helpful and professional but the restaurant is gone and the underground garage now probably is leased out. I miss the soul and dedication of the former owners and their staff and like in so many cases, this hotel has now become a typical investment project who's primary goal is to make money. And, by the way, the single rooms are very small, even for Italy.

Das Hotel an sich hat eine gute Lage und auch das Zimmer hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Allerdings war alles andere am Hotel ganz anders als online präsentiert. Der Pool ist nicht wirklich nutzbar maximal zum plantschen. Tags über liegen nur zwei liegen da die immer belegt sind und sonst sind dort nur alle Tische fürs Frühstück. Auf den Fotos wird auch nicht erkenntlich dass der Pool eigentlich nur eine Erweiterung des Parkplatzes ist, den man vorher als Hotelgast reservieren muss und 20€(!) pro Nacht bezahlen muss. Die Lampen im Zimmer waren mit Staub bedeckt und am Boden hat man Männer Haare gefunden. Der safe hat eher schlecht als recht funktioniert und das Personal war nicht fähig uns dabei richtig zu helfen. In 2023 in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu übernachten in dem es kein funktionierendes WLAN gibt um einen Film anzuschauen ist auch sehr enttäuschend. Das personal war immer eher unbegeistert davon uns helfen zu müssen, konnte uns an der Rezeption noch nicht mal den richtigen Schlüssel geben und hat uns beim Frühstück so lange ignoriert, bis ich selber den schmutzigen Tisch gewischt hab und Besteck und Unterlagen geholt hab.

We had an amazing time during our stay. Our room was awesome. The location was perfect for us to be able to explore Como and the other towns along the lake. It’s just a short walk from two train stations and the amenities are awesome. Michele checked us in for our stay and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The staff altogether were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d recommend staying here to all our friends and family.

Great hotel. We had a lovely room. Hotel is situated on the edge of the Old Town, perfect. Parking available for €20. Nice breakfast. Well priced. Would stay again. Not in love with Como!
