Worst hotel with worst service in my life.
We had worst experience for our life. First of all, their receptionist gave us quite a different down grade room from junior suite that we had made reservation, saying already booked, when we made reservation. If so, hotels.com sell already-booked room? So after protesting strongly, they gave new room. They seem to cheat to us. And furthermore they disregarded our request and didn’t keep time. They seem to be racists. Anyway worst beyond our explain.

Excellent, location is good very close to town centre, staff member was great at check in , Maria, hopefully i remembered correctly, she gave great information, room was nice, comfortable bed , and hot tub type bath was great , food in the restaurant was nice , Nice experience, all staff members were great .

Lovely hotel, close to all amenities
Great check in. Lovely room with a cave hut tub (not so hot though), cave shower and two queen size beds in lovely bedrooms. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarket and not far from the airport. Would stay again when we visit Santorini.

Razoável, fomos bem recepcionados, nos mostraram as acomodações do hotel, no entanto, quando fomos tomar banho para sairmos o chuveiro não tinha água quente ou mesmo morna! Fizemos contato com a recepção do hotel, que demorou para vir tentar uma solução, não conseguindo chamou outra pessoa para solucionar, o mesmo também não conseguiu e chamaram uma terceira pessoa, nisso foi mais de hora aguardando para tomar um simples banho! Essa terceira pessoa conseguiu. Outro detalhe é que nos perguntaram qual o horário previsto da nossa saída no outro dia, não sabíamos ao certo ainda, mas como queriam uma resposta falamos entre 08 e 09h. Então a recepção falou para fazermos o check out a noite. Pois sobraria alguém na recepção a partir das 9h.No entanto, uma das consequência em termos uma demora na solução do problema com o chuveiro, foi que saímos tarde, logo chegamos tarde e não conseguimos acordar cedo como planejado. Isso implicou com que às 09h estavam batendo à porta do nosso quarto e aí nós acordaram, mas não atendemos, em seguida nosso telefone tocou, e falaram que nosso check out estava marcado para às 09h e que tinha enviado a camareira, mas o horário do checkout do hotel era até às 11h, então não deveriam nem perguntar no dia anterior é muito menos bater na porta do quarto antes desse horário. Mas o hotel é lindo, o quarto muito limpo e bem organizado! A piscina, o bar não deixam de forma alguma a desejar!

Disappointing Service Based on rate quoted
Beware of the deceptive price advertising practices of this property! Six friends booked a 4-night stay through Hotels.com at the Eugenia Suites Santorini. Our group of 4 booked a 2-bedroom suite with a hot tub during our stay. Upon arrival we were told that even though we had already paid in full for the accommodations, the room we booked was only for 2 people and an additional $640 Euros would need to be paid immediately since there were 4 of us in the suite. We were tired after almost 24 hours of travel and we agreed to pay and told the check-in person we would dispute this with the owner Geroge the next day. We had a discussion with George and he was going to contact Hotels.com to help us with these additional charges. Three days later all we got from him were multiple excuses and that we would have to call Hotels.com to dispute the charges even though the charges were made directly to his hotel. We also questioned George about the airport transfer charges. The hotels.com ad stated that the charge was 25 Euros and he charged us 50E. His comment was that the website needed to be updated. He makes excuses instead of accountability and making good on problems. The property itself is quite nice although the accommodations were not as expected. There was no door on the bathroom suite area. There was a door on the toilet room and shower. There was no way to take a shower privately if others were present in the suite. I would not return to this property.

Insead of what we originally reserved the room they gave us saying they "upgraded" was not clean, has bad smell, the rug by the bathroom was not clean, the balcony very dirty not dusted or cleand ever, the door to the valcony is broken. All in all a nightmare.

The ambience was great. The restaurant Katsboo's decor was lovely. I am an architect However, I left for the airport early and there was no one to receive the keys. I had to drop the keys with a colleague who was part of our party visiting Santorini

Nous sommes venus 2 jours sur Santorin, nous avons été très bien accueilli . Le Jeep Tour est bien , la sortie catamaran également. Cependant, très déçu d'un serveur ( brun, barbe , assez grand ); en effet, nous parlons très peu Anglais ( et oui, tout le monde ne sait pas parler correctement Anglais ) et ce serveur n'a pas cacher ses ressentis... Entre soupir, yeux au ciel et passage des mains sur les yeux ... Si monsieur n'aime pas les Français qui ne savent pas parlé correctement Anglais, il devrait changer de métier. Ce serveur nous a laisser un gout amer de notre séjour et nous ne reviendrons pas ! Dommage car pour le reste, tout était très bien.

We spent two days in Fira. Nice and helpfull staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Compared to the other properties that are very central, wee liked that this one was a few minutes (<10 min walking) away from all santorini craziness which made it a bit more relaxing. Still therfe are 4 adjecent properties next to it so expect some noise levels. Overall, location was good and accessible to transport. Cons: 1- the pool was not necessarily teh cleanest pool. 2- the bathrooms are a tad small and also there were no hangers for towles.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. I was humiliated and disrespected by staff in front of a restaurant full of people (katsaboo restaurant on hotel property) all because i was unaware of the dresscode. My partner and myself brought this to the attention of the receptionist and all she said was that she would look into it and would get back to us but never did. She just continued to deny that what I experienced was not true. My partner then continued to call and the receptionist kept giving excuses that the person was not on site when we saw them several times that day. After several calls we gave up and she never followed up or even apologized for her colleague or tried to compensate us for this. This was our first time in greece and by far the worst experience. I will never return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. So disappointed

Amazing property and excellent staff. Stavroula works at the front desk and is an amazing ambassador for Santorini. She guided our week long stay advising us on sites to visit and booking exceptional restaurants to try. Never had better service in all my travels.

Agréable séjour à Evgenia suites
Hotel situé à 10 mn à pied du centre de Fira, au calme. Piscine agréable, les petits déjeuners sont bons mais pas vraiment variés. La suite junior ressemble plus a une chambre qu'une suite, est assez petite surtout pour 3 personnes, mais le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est très attentionné et vous donne plein de conseils pour visiter. Je recommande cet hôtel pour l'ensemble des prestations.

Nice place. Good value.
nice place. NOt right in the heart of things but close enough to walk. Friendly and comfortable. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos so no laps, but you can get wet.

Ein liebevoll gestaltetes,gutes Hotel, das etwas abseits vom Rummel in Fira liegt, ruhig, aber zentrumsnah. Frühstück ist gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider werden die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt, auch wenn man sie ordentlich aufhängt. Die Klimaanlage heizt auch sehr gut, in der Vorsaison wichtig. Etwas überteuert fand ich den 8minütigen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel (35 €). Zurück buchte ich mit Hoppa.com für 8,73 €. Kleines Manko: viele Zimmer bieten auf Terasse/Balkon keine Privatsphäre, direkt neben meinem Balkon führte eine Treppe zu anderen Zimmern; um zu einem Zimmer unterhalb von mir zu gelangen, musste man über die Terasse des Nachbarn gehen. Insgesamt habe ich mich aber dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

This place is a dream. I truly enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings, the views, the staff and cleanliness of my room and facilities. Everyone on the property really cares about your comfort and stay. Christina at reception, is magnificent, a true gem. She gives amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. She gives legit great recommendations, not trying to upsell you anything. The sailing trip was by far the best activity I ever done while on holiday, highly recommend. Any questions or recommendations, Christina is your go to!

Super ! L'hôtel propose des navettes pour l'aéroport. Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin mais c'est appréciable. Chambres très jolies et confortables. Vue sur piscine. Schöne Anlage mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt und den Busbahnhof. Das Hotel wirbt mit ökologischer Haltung, aber trotzdem wurden täglich die Handtücher ausgetauscht, da hat auch das ‚bitte nicht stören‘ Schild an der Tür nichts gebracht. Das ‚Save the planet‘ Zeichen überall ist somit nur fake! Das Frühstück war reichlich, aber Frische und Qualität waren nicht gut und dem Hotellevel nicht angemessen. Obst aus der Dose und kaum vegetarische Optionen. Mangelhaft

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights at the property. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the center of Fira (10-15 minutes) but not smack in the middle of things. There are two pools - the upper one was pretty sleepy but the lower one had good energy without feeling like a day club. The highlight of this hotel was most definitely the staff. They were attentive and friendly from the time we arrived and made us feel extremely welcome throughout.

Beautiful property overlooking the sunrise (not a caldera view) but only 8 minute walk to Fira main area. Staff was very welcoming and gave helpful tips.

The concierge is usually not very helpful, and even when we’ve arranged car service, we are never notified of when they would be picked up. The rooms looked nice, but the sheets and towels had a weird, unclean smell. I would not recommend staying at this location
