I like to inform you, that, many situations are easy to change if we get the information during your staying. The situation with bathroom and towels, are easy to checked and fixed. Many guests, prefer to write the comments after their departure. With this behaviour, you do not allow us to help and service you. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff of the hotel, is here to serve and help the guests.

We really appreciate the comments of the guests, as we are trying to getting better. about the parking place, i like to clarify, that we never said that we offer private parking place. As we do not have it. We always say to the guests, that they can park around the hotel. this period is very busy in town, and the problem with parking is everywhere. Hope to have a better experience next time!

Dear Mr. Miko, Firstly, i like to say thank you for your time to write your comment. Secontly, i like to express that i am really suprised, as we talked about your complaints about the payment and the extra costs and i though , that you understood. I have to explain again, (for other guests, also) that the city tax is always an extra charge. All the guests know that, and nobody has problem with it. We talked with expedia during your stay here. if they do not explain to you, then the problem is between the site where you made the reservation and expedia, who is our official partner. Furthermore, please note, that we are 3 stars hotel, that means, that we are not able to offer free facilities. Is written everywhere that we offer safety box and towel service with an extra charge. Furthermore, about the beach, i like to inform you that there is another owner - another company, we co-operate with them in case to offer better prices for the guests of Steris Hotel. we never mentioned that we offer free beach. About the cleaning, i will write that, our cleaning ladies have many many "bravo" from the guests. we never have compalints for the cleaning of the rooms. But, in any case i promise that i will check if something was wrong with your room. I also keep the complaint about the aircondition, and i promise that i will check that also. We have a technician, who comes immediately when there is a problem in the room. For the end, I will say once more,that we are thankfull for your comment, as you give us the chance to explain some things, to other guests, also. Rethymno, is a very beautiful city with many repeater guests. Hope to visit our town in the future, even if you do not stay in Steris Hotel. There are many hotels in town and several choices for your accommodation. Thank you!
